So did you watch it? The second half goes way past the events of the last lifetime, almost a second arc. Although the revenge carries into it. I thought it was really well done and had decent production values.
Somebody else please read the AHS review. That 2nd paragraph. Totally caught me off guard. Laughing to the point of tears and wheezing sounds. Must be the "just to make sure you get it" quality. At the last line : "It's wise not to get too attached to any of the characters." I lost it. Anyone else?

Not meaning to be unkind here, but I'm left rather bewildered by this one. Almost like the script is a class assignment/exercise featuring basic retro banquet scene conflicts, dissing, and nonsensical pseudofact arguments. No real storyline. Not seeing any parody. It's like the "professionals" are doing skill demonstrations for students. Nothing wrong with that; that the actors would lend their time and talent at their levels is impressive. If that is what this is, it's excellent and very well done. Oherwise, it's like a teaching video got released as an actual drama?
Someone tell me I'm way off base here. What am I missing? Totally unable to rate it.
