This is on Hulu, too. I tried to update the services on this page after Ep. 2, but I guess my edit was rejected.

I think there's nothing wrong with the FL. It is what it is. Characterwise she's better coupled with the woodworker.…
I agree that the writers make it too obvious which man she’ll choose. I’d rather see her spend more time with the woodworker and let the barista look for someone new.

I’m so happy I found this thread. I kept rewatching the breakup and could not figure out why they did that. It makes no sense to me, either. I guess they just like making themselves miserable.

This is not listed on Hulu as The Manipulated or Fabricated City, or at all. Hulu better show this drama! I’m a huge fan of Ji Chang Wook and D.O.

This is only available on Amazon Prime if you have pay extra for their Kocowa content. I’m so bummed. I got all excited thinking I’d get to watch Junhoe.

I’ve decided not to watch this because of the bullying but, yes, it is a huge problem in S. Korea. Apparently it is not exaggerated in k-dramas, and that’s why there are so many dramas about it. I believe The Glory was based on a true story. Schools don’t want their reputations tarnished, so they cover it up. Teachers don’t say anything because no one will back them up and the parents of the bullies will come after them. If the police do anything, there won’t be jail time because the bullies are minors. The bullies will go back to school and just beat up on the victim even worse. There are so many scandals about celebrities who were bullies because victims wait until the bully is famous to get revenge. They wait until the bully gets leading roles or becomes a popular idol and then ruin their career. They can’t get justice through the legal system, so they try to get even in their own way.

It’s all relative. When you’re not so young anymore, you’ll see things much differently.

Hulu still only has 2 episodes from July 18. I hope they release 3 and 4 soon! It’s been over a week and they still don’t have them. 😡

I don’t see this as a comedy, either. I think the family dynamic is very well written, and the relationship between siblings is humorous at times. If anyone thinks it’s a comedy, I don’t think they are paying much attention.

Is this more drama or more action?
There is some action, but that is not the main point of the show.

I almost didn’t watch this because of all the negative comments. My sister told me to watch because she likes it, and I’m so happy I watched! The first two episodes are so good. If the rest of the drama is like this, I’ll be so happy! Always watch for yourself to see if you like a show. Everyone has such different taste.

Even if a drama has 8 episodes, there will be someone who will say that was to many because it dragged in the middle.

22episodes???? What in the kdramaland
K-dramas used to have 22 episodes. If a drama ended at 12 or 14 episodes it meant it was cancelled early because it had low ratings. I hate that k-dramas have fewer episodes year to year because of budget problems.

I expected a much better drama with a cast like this. I don’t know if they’re going for slow burn, but the story is too annoying for that. I’m not at the edge of my seat waiting too see what happens next. Instead I’m annoyed by the characters and the things they’re doing with the story.

And why did Kang Hui Ji butt in and tell An Ju Hyeong’s ex that he’d already gone home? Is her character really going to be THAT annoying? This clearly isn’t the drama for me.

The ex-wife needs to have An Ju Hyeong brought up for disciplinary hearings for conflict of interest and have the judgement vacated. Her husband hired him exactly because she’d be too embarrassed to defend herself! He still doesn’t feel guilty for taking the case. I hate this show.
