I haven't watched 24 yet . . . but doesn't YZM want them to stay in the house? When he found out that they were…
He may want them to stay there because he's wooing the FL, and be polite and stay in the attic. But that's not the point here. It's all about principle regardless, imo
One thing that I wish this drama should do is that her family should move out of the house asap. She got bigger inheritance than him. The house is his inheritance and they just keep staying there and make him stay in the attic. It's just so wrong in many levels. The FL should have been forceful to her family and rented a damn place for them. Grrrr
RM has just joined the cast. Her role should be limited and not much interaction with Dylan. So nothing to worry about. I like both of them. Got to know Dylan from MG, still re-watching it from time to time; And RM from Cry me a sad river. Just hate it some antis come here stirring up trouble when the drama has just started shooting.
I want to clarify my comment about the brother and the FL's friend that I can't see them as a couple, since some responses implied I meant the age difference. It's not about their age difference. I'm not one of those who are ok with males older than females but not ok the other way around. Take Something in the rain for example, the leads were 6 years difference but the chemistry was off the chart. For this couple, it is probably the acting since the romance seems awkward and force. I can't feel the chemistry.
I owe you one, you owe me one, that makes us ..... I was so sure the next word would be "even". But no, "That makes us inseparable". Damn, the guy really knows how to talk. Just a simple word that moves the girl's heart. I give him that
Every time the Mom opens her mouth, I want to smash my TV. The amount of greed, shameless is astronomical, to no end. Nope, no Mom, I don't find you entertain anymore. That's a norm I see in C & K-dramas, the writers/directories just don' t seem to know when to stop to make a character unlikeable to an extreme level, dumping all the worse of the worse of human nature into one freaking character. To think of it, she's probably the reason why the rating can't even crack 8. She's sucking all the joy out of otherwise a great drama.
RM has not joined the cast. So, it's still time for you to petition the writer and the director to re-cast her.…
The drama just started shooting for few weeks. You don't even know what her character would be like. If you can't petition to re-cast her, wait until the drama airs and then rant all you want. Till then, stop trolling, stop spewing hate. Come back and let us know how your petition turns out.
i hate her in longest promise ๐๐๐ my wish dilraba and Dylan or second tรญme bailu ,or yangmi no this…
RM has not joined the cast. So, it's still time for you to petition the writer and the director to re-cast her. Make sure to polish your English a little so that they can understand you better. By the way, it must be exhausting hating someone you don't even know. Actors/actresses, during their lifetime of acting, will have to play different roles, different characters. It's a stretch to say one shouldn't be in a drama due to a character she/he played in the past that you don't like.
I find the mother is entertaining, just typical overbearing, controlling freak parents who still have the mindset of hundred years ago. Then we have a cool, sharp, modern mind grandma who the mother can learn from a thing or two. The two women in Cheng Huan's life couldn't be more different. And just that aspect alone makes the show great.
That's million dollar question ๐Depends on who you ask. Die hard fans would say yes, antis would say no.I'm…
MDL is an international site where fans are mostly from outside of the US I think. So, comments with broken English are understandable. Just one occasion that I had to laugh so hard when a poster equated his/her idol as a gift from God and a treasure of the world ๐คฃ
Im so lost right now after Legend of Shenli ended. Should i watch this one or Beauty in adversity first?
That's million dollar question ๐ Depends on who you ask. Die hard fans would say yes, antis would say no. I'm Switzerland, probably a little bias toward ML. First time watching drama with this FL. I would say the leads were great, acting and chemistry, IMO, so were supporting cast and the guest star. Love the story, crime investigations that keep you interested. Nice romance, not like steamy kisses or bed scenes, but enough to show the chemistry between the leads. About the other drama, I dropped dead since it bored the mind out of me. So, watch a few episodes, 4 or 5 and decide whether it's worth it to continue.
Too much debate on this board about JJY's acting, distracting us from the story, the characters that made this drama a hit. It's one of a few cdramas that depict brilliantly how forensic evidences work on solving crimes. The most talk about here is the face swap. It's not the actresses' fault. I like both of them. The writer/director shouldn't have let the guest star dominate the screen for 2 episodes. And then when the face swap happened, they should have preserved the main character's personality so that viewers can relate. Other than that, I think the cast acted well.
LXY is one of the few actors who don't allow them to be typecast. He was despicable in L&R, dashing in Love at Night, the ever cool, best looking monk in BOY, and upright but at time like a puppy in love in this drama. He's getting more lead roles last couple of years. Since this drama is doing well, I hope it can propel his status further, getting more lead roles in high profile, high budget dramas.
Taking a life intentionally is never be justified. She did it and she paid the crime. And she had no remorse and would do that again. Re-watched the scene and I'm torn. She begged him to apology. He didn't, instead showing no remorse and saying mean things, insulting her. but these words wouldn't drive her over the edge. However, the last thing he said. He blamed her son for his inconvenience of losing business deals - and that was it. That was the final straw that explained why she did what she did.
But that's not the point here. It's all about principle regardless, imo
