I must say I lost interest more than half way. It became draggy and deviated from the main plot. It could have condensed to 24 episodes IMO. About that kiss again, even though I commented earlier that romance is still nice without kissing, deep down, I feel something was missing, like glass half empty or a cup of joe with not enough creamer and sugar 🤣 I don't know how much truth about the actress not wanting real kiss scenes. But, It's showbiz. She knows what she gets into. Beside, C-ent is a cutthroat business. She's beautiful but there are other actresses who are more beautiful than her. So, that condition, if true, may hinder her career
That kid Miao Miao, she has it all in her. Messed up upbringing, messed up life, fragile, vulnerable, broken, yet fierce , badass. And, the actress was able to convey that complex character so well.
