I donāt have a problem with this trend because it relates to the cultural context in S.Korea. As someone who has watched kdramas for 15 years, I can see the shift of ML being dominant, kinda abusive by pulling FLās hand or pushing FL to the wall as heās jealous & angry, and forced a kiss (all sorts of red flags) to more green flags ML. This is to give message to women out there to keep their standards high and assurance that loyal men exist (I know itās rare) so if heās around, keep him.
