Title Revenant
the motivation of grandma to keep the spirit around is kinda weak
She wants the wealth and she had made deal with the evil spirit so if the evil spirit “dies” (resolve her grudges), grandma dies too

Typical romcom recipe, conflict at the end of ep 12. Ep 13-14 usually will be the phase main couple break up, both will be in pain then it would somehow resolve in ep 15 and happy ending in ep16.

Title Revenant Spoiler
As of ep 10, we all know that the electric hair evil spirit is not LMD and LMD’s not second born. LMD was the evil spirit for the hanging tree because her dead body was hang back then. SY might be possessed by two spirits. When SY knew about LMD, how she was killed, we could see the shadow from SY is like a little kid shadow which is LMD. The electric hair evil spirit is more vengeance and killing people whoever the host body hates and whoever trying to discover her identity. The clues were shown when there’s one mid/teenage girl walking alone without parents when shaman Choi MW gathered all the second born. She’s also seen as the spirit who killed Haesang’s dad.

But my question is that, if the unknown girl who might be orphan/illegitimate child is the electric hair evil spirit (the one who killed HS’s dad and resembles SY the way she walked when SY was possesed), then why is SY’s shadow when she was possessed when she touched the glass bottle didn’t show the hair? The evil spirit who was starved to death for 7 days is not LMD, because there’s different scene of Shaman Choi MW gave a meat and killed someone but never revealed who she was.

The whole blindness thing being "cured" by the ghost makes no sense to me. How can the evil spirit cure an illness?…
To me, this is just SY’s assumption on why her dad wanted to have the evil spirit, but it was never confirmed. If he really did because of his illness, why would he try to get rid of the evil spirit then? I believe there’s more to the story of how and why Prof Gu wanted to have the evil spirit. My guess is either he wanted to explore and learn more about it to publish his paper or he wanted to acquire wealth and fame.

People on twitter telling that SY ate something the ghost never eat, aaaah I don't want evil grandma to win the…
Yes what she ate contains red beans. In korean folklore, ghost/evil spirit hates red beans which also the reason why they have a culture of giving rice cakes contain red beans to block bad luck/bad spirits

i don't know how to feel about this drama because it was good for the most part but there were a number of plotholes…
Because Seo Ha’s father thought that’s the best way to protect him. Seo Ha lost his mother at young age and the lost his precious noona/best friend due to the accident. He doesn’t want Seo Ha to lose his precious uncle too, that’s just too much for Seo Ha as a kid. He’s known as someone who didn’t know how to show his emotion, which is why when his wife passed away, he just stood there didn’t really cry, but deep inside it’s killing him. I think the reason he remarried is because he wants her to shut her mouth from telling Seo Ha the truth. Seo Ha also mentioned that his way of protecting him is wrong and only made both of them having scars.

Love the ending! It’s understandable for me to choose to forget although there are precious memories to be remembered, but she has been carrying the weight of her memories each life and it’s painful. It’s time for her to let go and resolve her rage and hatred during first life. I love that they all support her decision for her own good. It’s now their turn to remember her and be by her side.

It’s getting interesting with the twisted fate of Ji Eum being the reincarnation of Ju Won considering Ji Eum’s family history and Ji Eum’s first life looks exactly like her now which is why Min Gi could recognize her. I think they’re all going full circle now after thousand of years.

Who is the boy wearing student uniform always talking with HS in his house? Is he human or ghost? If I'm not mistaken…
By looking at how he has no scars or blood, either he died because of sickness or he’s a spirit of someone who is on coma.

They keep showing when she was that guy who was pulled the cart to carry the rich girl so I was thinking that…
Yes I had this thought because of that life. He wanted to have a normal love life and he really cherished that rich girl.

Why the hell Gu Won just jumped from the helicopter and stayed there with Sa Rang. 😭 I mean I appreciate his effort, but how can he be so thoughtless. At least provide a rope and take her up to the helicopter 😅 or is it just me who don’t understand the situation?

Gosh I really hate a top management leader like Hwa Ran. She thinks she’s right and everyone else is wrong. I still can’t get over her walking to all the retail shops and pushing for sales without having proper strategic planning.

Don't know why Gu Won had to plead for the helicopter when he's rich as heck and can just hire a private service,…
Exactly my thought like just pay for any company providing helicopter service. He said he has a lot of money 😅

Just had a thought, what if Seo Ha is the reincarnation of Ji Eum’s past lives lover but he didn’t have the power to remember his past life? Had this thought when the preview of ep 7, Ji Eum was asking what would happen if they had met in past lives? This would make a perfect twist to justify why Ju Won was into Seo Ha when they were both kids and why Seo Ha’s mom introduced them together because she also remembers her past lives.

I think in their first life, Ban Ji Eum, Min Gi & Han-na were perhaps a group of people who made a pact to reincarnate and remember their past lives. Could be that Min Gi was the shaman who did the ritual and Ji Eum’s first life is that lady who got killed. It could be in this life, they will reverse back the ritual to finally end their lives.

Can it be his so called father who tried to kill him. Maybe Soo Ha is not his child and the company was probably…
If that so, why his father insisted on him joining MI HQ and mad at him for wasting time at MI Grand Hotel which the business is going down the drain? It doesn’t add up

It's funny cause there's more outrage HERE than there was for other shows:- Goblin- Hotel Del Luna- My Love From…
Did the drama mention about her remembering everything like every aspect of her past lives? I think all the while they keep showing similar footage and she might just remember here and there of the past live memories. Even if she did remember it all anyway, I still take it as a 12 y/o being exposed to something she shouldn’t, like watching a very long movie of someone’s life and having it in your memory. To me, that doesn’t make you older, slightly matured, perhaps but not older because she’s still Ju Won and she’s still 12 y/o. How confusing it is for a 12 y/o to remember it all and exposed to all those memories which is why she’s acting strange because she just got to know something she shouldn’t. The scene when she cried hugging her mom showing that she’s still 12 y/o, she’s scared after knowing it all. So to say that she’s older and somehow pedo just because she likes 8 y/o boy is kinda invalid because she’s living her current life.

Agreed with you. Although Ju Won remembered her past lives, she was still 12 y/o girl, that doesn’t make her older. She just happen to know something she shouldn’t suppose to know.
