i think ex-wife nude scenes are unnecessary. ML and FL parts are pretty good.
For you to make effort to see my watchlist was impressive. I skipped the nude scene in Glory, and gave it 10 because it has better storyline that kept me hooked until the end 🤷🏻♀️
The year is almost over, Lovely Runner is still the best 2024 kdrama to me. The excitement I felt waiting for the new episodes, the OSTs and the great community here during airing time were so precious. I hope there will be this similar vibe of kdrama in 2025 that would make me feel the similar feel I had with Lovely Runner.
In 2023, it was Moving and in 2022, it was Alchemy of Souls for me. 🫶🏻
Go ahead! I recently finished rewatching it and I was hooked for the second time. It also gives me additional perspectives that I didn’t notice during my first watch.
I finished watching this drama, finally. I think the leads’ chemistry is good, but the plot is just…much ado about nothing, I would say. Yes, both of them are brokens and somehow heal each other, but the way the storyline goes is just boring, no character depth whatsoever. The whole arranged marriage setup is just weird and the stalker plot is kinda unnecessary. I normally don’t mind timeline jump here and there, but this one…it made me confused a bit as it didn’t really indicate it. The flashback in the beginning, then the story of 5 months ago (their marriage), then to the current timeline of the police investigation, everything is just convulated.
The background music is kinda annoying, I hate it. It doesn’t give the mysterious/suspense/disturbung vibe, but rather just weird noise that I feel so unnecessary.
My rating: 6/10. I’m being generous because I still like some parts of it and appreciate the main casts’ effort.
I just realized that the reason Seon Hae saw the lights on and off could be because there’s a scene that the doctor was swinging the light on her eyes to check for any response.
Also, Yeong Ji already know before hand that Ji Yeong came crying to see Hyunmin, she was looking at different direction in ep 4 when the doctors were talking.
I love how at first we’re all confused where this drama is going (those who didn’t read the webtoon), then I just had a thought that those in the dark are also as confused as the viewers because they aren’t aware of why they’re there and if there’s something wrong with them. The storytelling is just superb! I love how it gives us piece by piece, makes us curious and hooked and gives us different kind of emotions.
