Personally, I love this drama and agree that LR is the best kdrama of the year.

I agree that there’s less terror and intense from the players this season but it might be due to most of them wanna keep playing (0 votes always higher) and they’re all in more debt and desperate compared to S1. Their motivation is money and willing to die for it

Yeah I remember the 3 rules are still the same. Players can stop the game if the majority agrees and they will only win the current total money by splitting it with the remaining survivors

I think the rule was there, but in S1 it wasn’t every game round for voting. Because this season Gi Hun was pointing it out loudly and majority agrees, that’s why they have it every round

as much as I love WTPR, this comment is so unnecessary to compare two dramas with different genres.

yup and I think one of the characters should unfold the other dark side of the game which is selling the organ to black market. I think his character might be the one who would trigger that side.

The only death that affected me is Young Mi because she literally cried and beg to go home and she’s done with all these games. But greedy people would want to continue for more money. It’s unfortunate when she was pushed away during that game because they’re already 6 group of people. Can’t blame 333 as he’s trying to survive and somehow Jun Hee and the group.

I think there are a lot of comments praising the trans character. I personally think Hyun Ju stole the show’s spotlight like I care more about her than Gi Hun. I want unnie to win and go to Thailand as she deserved.

Ikr and with all the money, he only hired few military people to infiltrate the place when he knew there are hundreds of pink soldiers last time? He could also at least hire some great hackers to track the salesman by searching through the subway’s cctv rather than hiring some group to find him manually.

His plan on finding the front man and the top people who conduct the game is just plain stupid. With few guns, did he think they could attack the pink soldiers just like that? It’s a suicide mission. And his sacrifice for greater good seems bullshit if he’s really about moral and wanting to stop the game, didn’t all the lives kill during the light out fight matter? During that moment, it feels more like his own personal vendetta and vengeance rather than for greater good.

I thought of this too. Like did Gi Hun forget that the wall last time showed the games that they’re playing? if the second game is not Dalgona, and something different, he should be more observant towards the wall. 😅I’m shocked no one noticed the wall as the hints for the next game.

I think Lee Jin Wook’s character didn’t die with that one shot, it’s either No 11 would purposely let him live or the guys who are with selling organs team would make him alive, but then he would fight those who want to operate him. He’s one of those characters who had back story in the beginning, he won’t just die like that?

Thank you for this because I’m tired of people blaming romcom lovers for thriller/action drama got lower ratings. I personally watch all kind of genres and I rated based on how well their execution within their own genre. Squid Game S2 compared to some dramas you listed above is just meh.

and they don’t get to blame that there are no oppas because Im Si Wan, TOP, Kang Ha Neul are there in this drama 🤷🏻‍♀️
