The Messy Plot is ruining this drama.

I watch this last year since I am fans of Han Yutong and like to see other male lead. Their Heights is quite pleasing to see since both are tall. The plot is about revenge but it quite messy on middle until the end of story.

Plot is about FL who her family getting massacred by ML and she wants to kill him by sleeping by him. ML knows her purpose and notice she is actually her childhood sweetheart still fights with FL and she trying to run for him. And they got to be struck by car and FL is gone for a year. They met again while FL got new identity.

FL birthmark is obviously being move on many scene so its kinda distracting and the pregnancy plot annoys me very much. The antagonist back story are not to clear and the ending was too abrupt.

It was a waste for Han Yutong and Wang Kaimu talent since the script is kinda mess.

Quite decent for few years released.

I rewatched again in 2025 since i miss Dai Fengyi and its hard to find her drama on Youtube. (You need to get Hongguo/a Chinese short video application to watch)

Nie Boxuan always play as jerk (even his current character is still same as now definitely one dimensional actor). And I barely know SML is being played by Hou Pengyan.
The plot is classical plot on all drama about FL who being neglected by ML and got terminal cancer. ML didn't care about her so she bear it herself and make her decision to divorce ML.

FL sister is such a gem in here. I feel FL and SML development are quite being rushed. I need them to have time to knowing each other. The ending is well deserve even they ended it abruptly.

You can watch at least only once for lifetime.

Kind of Tsundere Drama

I was though this drama has melancholic vibe based from the poster but it was that melodrama for me.

The plot is about FL who married ML by secret was on same party as ML. People didn't know ML wife was actually FL and they assume some C class actress was his wife. FL and ML has kind of rock relationship due FL secretly hears ML wants to buy her from her family since she is adopted daughter while actually ML wants to save FL for marrying old and cruel husband. FL always like ML since they are child was completely hurt and want to runaway from her wedding with her biological brother. He Biological brother got accident and ML somehow force FL to marriage by 'paying' FL like prostitute.

For my view, ML is jerk but FL family especially FL mother was completely heartless. FL also has kind of victim mentality. Actually if they could communicate all of the mishap didn't occur.

He Jianqi seems to have like some kind of ML who did miscommunication all of time. It was good and bad at the same time i hope he could wider his character length. Ashang still lack of expression but her strength is her tone is getting slightly better.

I wont recommend to watch this drama unless you like miscommunication troupe.

Nice CP with crap plot

I was eager to watch Zhao Zhendong-Jinzi drama since i like their Fake Socialite drama. I have 50:50 opinion about this drama. The styling for republican drama is average for me. The Chemistry is good as their first drama. The ML character is pissing me of he didn't have any progress in this drama. All he do is just force kiss, without any communication. No wonder the FL is not happy when he near her. FL didn't show she was fall with ML (understand, because she still has a little brain). Too bad FL fiancee back story is not shown too much. I doubt they will have season 2 since there is so many unresolved plot. The Villain acting is too staged and felt forced especially FL and ML stepmothers.

Wont recommend this drama, even if you are Jinzi-Zhao Zhendong CP fans.

Reverse Harem but what cost.

I feel Li Ruoqi has slightly pick the promising plot but somehow her execution isn't that great. I wont said she got bad acting but her tonal feels so forced like robotic (maybe she couldn't build strong FL aura but i see her as someone who forced to be strong while she is just nothing). For Chemistry, i think she is do better with Gao Wei than Charon.

The plot is quite promising FL got ML pay her tuition by being his sugar baby. FL left ML for SML but SML is getting engaged by SFL. 3ML knows her fake identity and wants to threat FL by being his partner.

I like how FL can cuckhold all of 3 MLs with her obvious love to ML. If this is happened in real life, FL would get bad reputation since she is doing emotional manipulation to all MLs. The 3ML backstory are not too exposed while there is so many potential romance between 3ML and FL. The 2ML and ML backstory are quite balance and they using 3ML for cameo.

Only watch for once. Not really recommended.

One of example how to create plain story into wonderful gem.

I love Guo Yuxin and this is Liu Haoqun first vertical drama without Jiang Shiqi as his partner. I lowered my expectation since i always Liu Haoqun on comedy but surprisingly i liked their chemistry better than few of Guo Yuxin popular pairing. As expected from queen of chemistry. They feel like old married couple and their 90's are quite fashionable and not look tacky.

The plot is somewhat generic and cliche. FL aka Yang Chun Rong got forced to marry Mafia King but ML aka Lu Bing He
shows as his knight and somewhat FL accept ML marriage proposal and the sweet journey of love begin.

Liu Haoqun successfully delivers as Lu Bing He who looks cool but warm inside. The micro expression is on point and few of usual short drama actor could do that. Guo Yuxin are quite keen on choosing script she can make plain script into great story and its rare for actress from short drama to do that (the one is Han Yutong).

The minor flaw on the plot is about ML father who passed away and his friend going to jail for small amount of money. They could do it better with that plot.

Overall still recommend to watch for everyone.

Most reliable blockbuster short drama.

I am fans of both actor Liu Xiaoxu and Guo Yuxin. Guo Yuxin has chemistry with everyone. Its rare to have spin-off short drama since this is part of Wang Gege and He Jianqi story (they make cameo appearance) and both quality are great. The pace of the plot is quite slow but it is not boring due both actor great skill.

The plot is about ML who got marriage arrangement with FL who has free spirited mind. FL was afraid to fall in love and quite confident she wont fall for ML but yeah she falls in love with ML and run away from him. ML who cannot expressed his feeling to FL quite devastated when FL leave him and tried to win her back.

I like cinematography of cameramen, it was quite melodramatic and feel so subtle.

The Up and Downs feeling are there and its quite frustrating and i always surprised how they get better chemistry on screen. I doubt if there is another remake would beat this version.

Too much dragged will kill you.

This is my first Ji Jun Liang main character that i watch and Tang Qiqi is debuted with this. Both are my first review.

*inhale exhale* Ji Jun Liang knows how to kisses and he always getting horny for almost all the scene. Most of short drama ML need to learn how to kiss for him. Tang Qiqi despite being newcomer is better than famous short drama FL, she got potential. Their chemistry is cooking until the meat was being well-done

Plot is about FL being forced to kiss by ML without ML knowing before FL was being kidnapped and call ML but ML thinks FL is pulling prank and FL fight against kidnapper alone. FL wants to divorce ML with the crucial moment+ ML family didn't like FL and wants to match ML with family friend aka SFL. ML try to redeem himself by any means while FL wants to get divorce as fast as possible. While they are on divorce process, FL is pregnant and want to hide her pregnancy from ML.

ML characterization is on point, he is not bad person. He is making terrible mistake and try to cut himself from toxic family. I don't understand why people dislike FL character, if i was her i would do the same since ML didn't any trust for her. She knew what's right for her and never let herself being bullied by ML family. She indeed love him but her disappointment is bigger than her love plus she developed PTSD after her kidnapping

The ending was to rushed they could get giving that couple more lovey dovey moment or maybe explanation of the action. I remember there is other version of this story even with proper ending but all of chemistry never beats this version.

Still recommend this drama, despite all the flaw.

Feels like eating bland curry.

I love Bai Yan and Wang Haozhen as actor and put my high expectation on this drama. I like dark romance and republican theme. i thought the formula is being there but turns out it was so-so for my liking.

Plot is generic formula. ML and FL was in love. FL seeing ML executed her 13 families and feeling heart broken. FL is disappeared while secretly pregnant. They met again while FL do arrange marriage meeting by her uncle. Family war between FL and ML make them fall apart. ML wants to win FL back by any means.

The kisses was indeed hot but still lack of chemistry and FL is being doormat character just want to make me sigh. She didn't do any revenge to spare her murdered family just being self-centered and didn't really care for her child due her neglience. ML is doing his best by portraying broken yandere character but still didn't make me like this drama.

Not really recommended unless you are respective actor fans.

Redemption for First Collab?

I was eager to watch second Collab from Chen Si and Han Yutong since they kind have a mysterious chemistry and their height is satisfying to watch (Both are tall). Glad, i was right to watch this even i prefer the first plot since i really like how the story progressed.

The Plot is like combination of Li Baiyan-Ma Lejie plot (enemy secretly in love with each other for 8 years) and Charon-Liu Lange plot (redemption for FL being neglected to ML and their child because FL supposed to be antagonist in novel. In the end she is fighting against writer's will). 26 years. FL wakes up in her 18 years old soul with her child claiming to be highschooler and she realize she woke in her future and getting married to her arch-enemy. Thinking her husband love her, she realized she is actually cheated on SML and neglecting her family and make ML is kind of nonchalant. FL wants to win back her husband favor with her 18-years soul.

Plot pace is quite fast. There is no angst feeling, FL way to redeem herself is quite funny. Love how their child acting is natural and not being forced to be mature.

The costume attire is ...Tinghuadao, you could do it better.

Recommend to watch for fun.

Nice Thriller for duanju class

Its first Bad Ending for Zhai Yiying drama since almost all of her drama are Happy Ending. Shen Haonan suits for this kind of character (schizophrenic person). Zhai Yiying tries to get dark character and her effort is paid well.

The Plot is about ML who wants to get revenge for his girlfriend (FL) murderers since he want to propose her but he saw her friends kill her until he hallucinated about his late girlfriend and admitted to psychiatric hospital. Few times later, He got test for being sane (He pretends to being normal to get out while he always hear FL whisper) and start his revenge against his girlfriend murderers.

For revenge arc is quite sad and satisfying ending for the enemies with ML struggles to being sane.

Recommended to watch.

Liu Xiaoxu is great mentor.

I always complained about Yang Shuyu acting as wood she got great ML and have keen eyes about nice plot, but this is one of my exceptional option. The plot is quite my troupe (Marriage after love). The chemistry is passable and sweet. Yang Shuyu needs to have method actor ML like Liu Xiaoxu as her mentor. Even her expression hasn't progressed but her kisses is not the worse as one of Chen Si (i cannot finish that drama). Liu Xiaoxu is excellent as always and this kind of character suits him.

Plot is about FL who secretly love her teacher and years later she got arranged marriage with his teacher as her spouse. The parent plot are kind letdown and unrealistic in real life.

I always imagined if the FL was another actress it would be slightly better but for Yang Shuyu-class is watchable for me (maybe it only the decent Yang Shuyu film i could watch)
