Is it good? I encountered the manhwa many times but kept ignoring it because romance-centric stories usually bore…
Oh, I also love characters who have the wisdom of several lifetimes. And hate it when the writer mistakes an arrogant or rude fl as strong lol. Absolutely love mystery and what she said sounds bold haha
Thank you for your kind explanation. Definitely gonna give it a try.
anyone who also watched the donghua, is it worth watching? ik theres a lot of episodes in the donghua but does…
Personal opinion until ep. 258: The donghua imo is really good. It's fast paced and action packed. Specially after the competition between schools starts. Fights are detailed, dialogue is good.
It's not as misogynistic as some other donghuas but I wish it could be more... self-aware.
As for the animation, I'm more of a 2D anime fan, so 3D animations are normally near unbearable but this one kept getting better and better to the point of sometimes even being gorgeous.
Unlike the drama and manhua, It's almost faithful to the book, if not for the creators' strange obsession with a certain "angel" for whom they're willing to even cut down many of the already rare interactions Shreks have.
Overall, worth the watch imo and the only non-bl donghua I didn't drop, as I tried some of the others and couldnāt stand the bad animations and/or male lead romancing almost every woman he comes across.
However, if you hate shows with more combat scenes and less interaction between characters, it might not be for you.
Park Se Young is criminally underrated. Kim Myung Min is kind of underrated but understandable considering fans' obsession with young actors and romance. Kim Se Jeong isn't underrated and she shouldn't be. Han Hyo Joo is overrated.
Obviously. Even if about Queen Seon Deak, I would rather give the Female antagonist. ;-)
Mishil? Yeah, her brain was scary. Not only clever, she could think out of the box, too. Yet SD was wiser. I like wise characters more than clever ones.
Is this really important?I make this lists for 2 reasons.1. To find new dramas myself.2. To let people know that…
No, my complaint isn't directed at you, I apologize if it sounded like it was. In fact I appreciate such interesting lists and thank you for creating it. I just think it's a shame that it can't really reach its purpose because of some "fans".

Exactly. The point of these lists and interesting ideas behind them is to help people and less known shows meet e/o. I keep checking these lists with exactly that hope. But every time it ends up being full of the same popular/mainstream 50 or so shows.
A clever character is a clever character. What does it have to do with taste? The fact that TotNT has "smart female lead tag" is what makes tags unreliable and gives this lists value. Which is then wasted by fanatics who vote their favorite show in every list without even considering or sometimes even reading the description.
If this website wasn't full of biased fangirls/fanboys, dramas like Queen Seon Deok would've topped this. Every list the same shows, regardless of description. For example, Tale of Nine Tailed 's fl. What clever thing did she do?
Oh My God yes! Please, please do the manhwa justice. It's in my top faves. Although I doubt they're gonna make it as violent, I hope the overall somber tone is preserved.
Honestly I wish MDL would ban those who vote before the drama starts, at least for a while. The ratings have become so unreliable lately. Besides, wasn't the rating for less than a certain percentage of drama not supposed to count?
Just finished watching this drama, I've been having intrusive thoughts the past few months - overthinking, suicidal…
Recently someone dear to me spoke words that made me a little worried. Since I'm not good at emotions, I wanted to recommend this drama to her (as I usually let her know about good shows I've seen). I wasn't sure if it's wise, but reading your comment, I guess it might help. So thank you. I hope everyone who's having a hard time, finds the strength to keep going for better tomorrows.
WTF is this dog episode?!?!? Didn't they set the team up to save people & country due to low natality rate? Suicidal…
The point was that, Kong was a big part of that man's life and as long as neither cut ties and commit suicide, they will definitely see each other again. It was also to prove a point to CJW imo.
