Exactly!! I love how when you put yourself in the shoes of almost every character, you get to understand where they are all coming from even when you don't necessarily agree with their actions.

She was fine marrying Han Liang but she didn't have any feelings for him. They're just friendly with each other. It's a one-sided love from the guy's side.
She was willing to marry Han Liang because she wanted to make her parents happy. Marrying either guys wasn't her own choice, although with Scholar Han at least was informed beforehand.
I think she will eventually find love with LJQ. What he did was completely wrong and was done without any consideration for her feelings, but I'm still very much looking forward to where the story's taking the audience.
Aside from that imperial edict, LJQ is a really great person. And I think a lot of what's stopping Lanxiang from looking at him as a potential partner was due to their past (aside from the class difference). I believe they will eventually overcome future obstacles when they finally get the chance to properly talk.
The FL not greeting the elders was not her being petty or immature.
Lanxiang was literally dissociating in that moment as a trauma response. She wasn't being petty, she was mentally checked out and was just brought back to the past.
We were even shown what was going through her head in that moment. It was all the memories of what happened when they were abandoned and left for dust. We even got to see from her POV how she could see the Grandpa talking but she couldn't hear a word of what he was saying.
As viewers, of course we want to see our FL perform with so much grace under pressure and be the perfect noble lady she's always been... but she's actually human who went through so much trauma.
She was in complete stress and her body response is just out of her control. She was just basically going with the flow even while undergoing so much inside her head. It's a completely human response and calling her immature or childish for something out of her control is just lacking in empathy.

She was dissociating and it was out of her control. It was a trauma response and something she couldn't help. She wasn't doing it to be petty. It was her not being able to respond because she was mentally somewhere else due to trauma.
We literally get to be inside her mind and it was her being brought back to the past and not even hearing what is happening in front of her.
At this point Im curious how will her True identity be revealed, maybe some novel readers can drop some spoilers…
Apparently the script is out and it seems like it's getting revealed differently from the novel.
In the drama, Lin Jinqi will find out when Lanxiang gives birth. His MIL said she had a very easy birth for Lanxiang. Meanwhile Lanxiang told Jinqi that her mom labored for a day and night, and that's when Jinqi started to investigate.
In the novel, it was a rebirth story. FL just directly told the ML about her past life much later on the novel.
I love how Lanxiang gets to be openly angry now. Before she was always trying to be careful and not offend anyone and just lay low. Now there's still so much turmoil she's going through inside, but at the same time, she can actually express herself and I feel like we will see more growth from her in future episodes.
She deserves to be angry for what happened and I'm glad she doesn't feel the need to hide that anger or be scared of the consequences.

There are also some who still associate the novel ML with the drama ML... and I read up a bit on the novel ML, and they're basically completely different characters at this point. The novel ML was just straight up trash and evil.

I haven't logged in here in MDL in a very long time, but just want to say I'm so obsessed with this drama. Love how women-centric this story is, and I'm glad they improved the story compared to the original novel. Haven't read the novel but from what I heard the ML in the novel was a major red flag.
