I really enjoyed this drama up to around ep 35. It was funny, sweet, romantic...Allen Ren was a revelation with his grouchy face but always watchful eyes. She was honest and brave.. The villain was really despicable and actually shocking to me. It also had a completely swoon worthy moment at around ep 35 when Tan was in a wedding dress ( enough said) However, it was nothing but crying after that.. Lots of tears and trouble.. of course it's to be expected. But I really felt they were going to rewrite the formula a little bit. The happy ending is there, but it's short.. However, they're love never falters and comes across as a growing full mature love and I did enjoy it.

altho, they do mention an elusive dr. that might have a cure.. so there is the hope... that I cling to.. :) Perhaps I should wait until it's over to watch haha

He only saw someone in a red wedding dress. I think clearly Qingli and Fengmian are twins, but I don't think either attacked him. I think it was a female assassin.. I think the hints were there also that it's his adopted father who is behind it.. just my opinion

I don't believe she did at all. no.. the 'assassin' that has been attacking everywhere with the hat and covered face is clearly a female. I believe she is the one who attacked him dressed in a wedding dress. I have other thoughts about who I think it is but will keep them to myself. But I could be wrong about which female attacked him and left him to the wolves, but I don't believe for one minute it was the FL.

I liked the second half much better.. I had trouble understanding the choice for the ML and his take on the character. He spent a great deal of the first half looking like he was mentally impaired. That, together with his hunched shoulders and pushing his forward, I just didn't get it and almost dropped this because the drama was just not dynamic enough for me. But I stuck with it and ended up liking the main sweet couple and liked the show okay

How can this be finished in 10 eps? If it has another season I hope it follows quickly. Not that I love this version, I am just in to see how the do the whole story since I have watched all the version so far.

I enjoyed how this drama started, but it dissolved into some painful watching for me ( like Goong) and the last half of the drama I just lost interest in these characters and the storyline.

Thank you for this.. That's what I suspected, but everyone was saying it was so sweet. But the synopsis, the trailer and the fact that it's Thai made me wonder if I would like it. I won't watch because I am sure I would feel like you do.

But the title is 10 BEST , so the author didn't consider BOF one of the best. It's an opinion piece. It does't mean that's not what is was about, or that it isn't famous ( or infamous)

yes, it's been soooo long I have been waiting for this

I loved the first 1/2 of this drama.. I fell in love with Allen Ren's cranky, but subtle amused facial expressions. I liked the slow burn romance because it wasn't boring.. and the epic save when he rescues her on her fake wedding day.. But that was about the last episode I enjoyed of this drama.. It turned into boring, political, dragging, crying angsty story with the final hea lasting in a few minutes and not very rewarding. imo

they totally changed the synopsis. Now it matches the trailer
