I think they are making Grandma so evil as a meta-commentary on drama tropes. But… way, way worse blood relative…
there better not be! i hope in this next episode, she tries firing the FL but finds out she can't cos ML has tied her to all the contracts for this renewal project. would be an amazing F U to horror granny

Right?! It's just so ridiculous! "You asked your dad to go there, which is why he died"... seriously? Darling, how about blaming the guy who PHYSICALLY drove his vehicle into your sons?! And not the only blood relative and part of your son you have left?! REALLY TRIGGERS ME!!!

For some reason, this grandma triggers me more than the mother of the FL in that. Maybe cos she's not cliche-drama stupid, like the FL lead's mum was in TFF?
i genuinely mean this: his "grandma" is the most garbage fictional person i've ever seen. i say "grandma" in quotes because she acts anything but how a grandma should act like.
"boohoo, you killed me son". no darling, that was the guy driving the other vehicle who did that.
really, really annoys me how PAINFUL her character is.
High chance of itAlthough if I were to disregard the end credits scene I would be very happy with the last scene…
Yeah, I kinda wish they’d left it at the scene with them both looking at each other. Should’ve just called it quits while it was good. I personally thought this season was a lot less enjoyable than S1 tbh.
Rewatching this reminded me exactly why I didn’t enjoy it the first time around. The FL basically does what she wants and the ML just goes “yeah ok, my bad”.
