netflix has a separate asia showing list on flixpatrol it will show up as a separate section under the shows ratings chart. of course we dont get to see the asia section. i think it might be a financial arrangement with other streamers, including viki sometimes

Yeah, I had to subscribe to kocowa just to see this. I hate this separate Netflix Asia list which no one tells us about. I wonder if requests will help?

the same actor plays both. They are just conicidentally exactly alike, doppelgangers. Part of the overall plot, since both the FL and ML play dangerous games of liv ing in disguises and having to persuade others that they do not see what they see.
As seasoned kdrama fans, we at first think twins or disguise but are willing to hang in there for the big reveals, right? Without too much spoiling I can say that both characters get to be herhusband, but at different times! Enjoy.oth characters

This is a good interpretation. As you say, HS finds out that Nora is her best self in the middle of her own life now. I also liked that he didnt try to sway her. He really wanted to know. I believed him when he said liked arthur so much and when he invited arthur to visit him. So freaking Korean (male separate sphere society) to bond with the other guy as a gesture of respect-+.

This is a really great movie. Why does everyone hate it so much? Movies are really different animal even to mini series, so the comments like "I've seen the nostalgia bit before" seem wildly off-point to me. If its perfect, it doesnt have to be new -- but the juxtaposition is new, that of the interpretation of life if you are korean or have watched too many dramas or both, with the life of the imagination in the US or canada (I almost included Mex biut they have a radically different cinema) -- so what if its artsy. Its still really a great movie.

(watching ep 5) Maybe I am wrong but doesnt Do Ba U secretly enjoy Ha Min's double entendres, at the same time as he doesnt trust his own understanding? That would mean we should understand DBU as a victim of the disease of massive overthinking...He seems much more at ease (what a a nice smile) with Ha Min, who is more open towards him, clearer...HM makes DBU feel attractive?

Great show -- I did stop watching about 2 eps in and I am ashamed of it; when I came back I binged intently. Things are so grim from the viewpoint of slaves, and I missed the merry Seo In/Seung Hwi. As soon as he showed up romedy began again. Im Ji Yeon was powerful and beautiful but her character lived in such fear. I did love the show, with all its disguises and fictions.

I agree. I also thought Ryeoun doesnt play highschooler well -- his face in too roughly modelled, and he is a huge person.

yeah. Bae Na Ra. He is the oldest (34) of the main cast (betw. 28 and 23) but seemed ageless.

great show. amazing final fight. All great actors. That little next to last coda between Lee Jun Young and Jo Jung Suk was a treasure to keep.

Still hoping for more, but it looks like you guys are right, time's up -- its a crass netflix attempt to get the juicy community numbers, the straight BL romance fan numbers and anyone else they can. The proof is in the screentime given to Heesu finally stumbling his way towards his first real boyfriend. Heck, you can do anything you want to the original written source but the main lead lovers' time on screen is cut short, over and over. Who cares about tennis or music, bring on the astronomy!

I like the people who comment here. They are fun. It is true however that many of us seem to have the same yardstick(s) for films and for dramas, ignoring length and codes and traditions. But who cares, everyone has their bias, whether it's kisses or music or camerawork or tradition. For ex. I adored the monk who claps his hands in front of the temple when Mommy Dearest appears.

No. It recently got a really good US review, which says it better than I can, but it is solid mainstream dark comedy.

Cant wait for him as an imugi. just watched mission possible, a modern, where he is a great fighter too.
