I am still hopeful for a happy ending for HJP though.. but if not, I'll just pretend that after 3 years of the last episode, NDS will die and HJP will end up eventually with SDM :P wahhahhaha! Or SDM will have an amnesia and will only remember just up until before he met the real Do San and this time, HJP will tell her the truth.
So the writers better not give us a wedding scene if it is not HJP :P waahahahhahahahhaha
the epilogue showed us just how alike DM and JP are, and maybe they need someone different to compliment them. Like how DS was to DM.
Thank God, the writers did not drift away JP and Grandma's relationship. And we get to see JP's confession. I want to be confessed while he is mixing the noodles too!! Ahhahaha. Not romantic but just right to take away all the awkwardness between them. And why would they zoom in KSH's hands while setting the table? Like I just don't get it.. The writers are really such a tease!!

Episode 8 proved why many like tsundere characters (and base character stories with that kind of personality). It is because they can be interesting and we can see character developments.. but then, this drama insists that tsundere may not be the perfect choice for us and we should choose someone like NDS in real life. :P
The truth won't be coming from HJP because of the debt. But I do hope it won't be from NDS either. The writer should make sure it will be from the grandmother or else it'll be a second offence. Making HJP the second lead was their first offence! :P
My thoughts on the movie (maybe with a bit of bias of Haruma): I was really satisfied with it. This is the kind of content that I expect when watching Japanese stuffs. It slowly creeps in you without your knowing it. They magnify the small things, the everyday things that we take for granted. It may not be special always. It is because we have been through these kind of stuffs, we see this happening around us, which makes it relatable.
It is always nice to see a reunion of Sawako and Kazehaya :D

I wish I had read this before starting this series. But I am glad that I did give this a try and this would stay as a memorable drama for me. I mean, with this one of a kind story about time travel, mystery and married life. I would not rewatch it though :P
