I just checked and I rated it 9.5 back then, I hardly give that rating so it means I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I'm thinking of rewatching it now and bracing myself mostly because I'm worried I might lower my rating because it might seem outdated today.

so far none. however the king (ml) has concubines and 1 of them is the antagonist. there's also the fl's friend who kinda fancies a guy but that's about it and there's no 2nd ml.

I totally agree with you. I appreciate comments like yours the most because it makes me view another perspective. when I see a 100% clean comment section and 10/10 reviews before the show even finished, I doubt their feedback, like they could be heavily biased fans of the actor/ess etc.
