I really admire FL. She is such a great actress. She doesn’t seem to care if she don’t look pretty doing certain part or angle. She just went straight into her character. A very raw actress. Love it! Can’t think of anyone else to pull off this character (perhaps Shin Hae Sun can pull this character too). Some actresses would not do too much expression as they want to look pretty all the time. I think what is happening to BWS is what happened to ZLH in Pursuit of Jade. Too handsome/good looking, hence people tend to scrutinise more and find fault.
Oh my, the comment section is a disaster. Anyway, I like this drama. Yes, it is cliche and fluffy but why not. I treat it like a sweet candy after watching more serious or dark dramas. The kissing scene was nice! 🥰 Lovely visuals, good acting. Not sure why people say ML can’t act. I think he is doing fine for this role. I just have only one issue. Doesn’t the villain have any other way of plotting besides the fire/arson way? Find it a bit repetitive. Other than that, it is a nice fluffy drama. Can’t wait for the last two episodes!

I was initially not her fan as well and did commented here previously but now, she grew on me. I actually prefer her real voice in Rise of Ning. I know it is annoying at first but kinda unique. Wished she used her real voice in this and not dubbed. Love this drama and Rise of Ning!
I stopped at episode 14 to watch “Rise of Ning” first. Am so glad I watched that first. Now this will sure be a closure for Yining and Lu Jiaxue from Rise of Ning! 🥰
