It is because jdramas are not as popular as kdramas therefore less people sub it. If you are so eager in wanting to know the ending read the manga, it is much better. But I understand where you are coming from :)

How can they change their names when Zhi Shu means Naoki in Japanese. It would be disrespectful towards Kaoru Tada-san (rip) who wrote the manga. But I understand where you are coming from
