How does someone fall in love with the mother of the kid that killed his son? I would be disgusted to have him as my father. His poor son.... Also, why the hell was the dead son in a relationship with an ADULT woman?? Like how many disgusting things did this show want to have?

His dad then went and attacked that colleague with a hammer on his leg multiple times. I guess any kid would be traumatized of that and of relationships in general.

Like she still got married to him and the kid only knows Ninomiya as his father. This technology literally ruined so many lives.... I have zero clues about how this drama is going to end ngl...
Gojo was the killer of her husband (dude was literally just bored and decided to supply foreign military with money, which is why he made this gang). he fights with the Yagami ( he could’ve easily killed her from the beginning if he wasn’t a moron and decided to throw away his gun). at the end he shoots himself when the rest of the detectives come to where they are.
Just finished episode 4!!! Honestly expected the identity of the main villain. Kawakami would've been so obvious so I eliminated him from my suspect list. Also, Kora Kengo always excels in villain roles!! Honestly happy that he is the villain since I love him as an evil character. God damn tho!!! a detective being the boss of a gang that evil!!! I wonder why! just money?? He did mention his wife dying. I wonder if that has anything to do with it? like maybe he started holding grudges toward the police or the city after a certain incident? Well either way there is no excuse for that! he literally murdered so many innocents in cold blood.

Oooh I recently found a manga named Alius with the same concept!! Looks like this is a multi-media project with the same concept of a species called Alius
So looks like Kanzaki is one of the ALIUS! I did suspect that in the middle of the episode when he mentioned that his parents raised him by telling him over and over not to trust or have any expectations from people. This made me think maybe his parents were Alius and he inherited that. Maybe the killer is one his parents? who knows

what is confusing me tho is that Yuri mentioned that Ninomiya was a cop but how when he seems to be a scientist? was that his "undercover" story to his wife?? not even his friend knew his profession so it's confusing.

I know this comment is old af but for anyone in the future who sees this and agrees, He WASN'T alive. Brain dead literally just means that he is dead. No one can "recover" from being brain dead. Keeping him on life support is just prolonging the inevitable.
