It was quite slow paced in my opinion. The story was lacking any substance. It was interesting to know about Japan's marine reasearch though. I think this would have worked better if was made into a documentary or more serialised version of how 6k came to be.
I was thinking of dropping this after the first couple of episodes, fortunately I didn't. It grew on me. I started rooting for Aobayashi. I really liked his character. A must watch and very relatable in current times.
LJS's acting was praised for this movie so I thought I would give it a chance. I have been disappointed after watching 3 of his shows. I watched 50 minutes of it. He had like 5 minutes of screen time. As he's capable of showing 3 expressions I guess he was good choice for a emotionless psychotic killer. I found the movie boring, I didn't care about any of the characters so gave up. I liked the cop though.
Lee Jong Suk is so cute, just looking at him makes me happy but his acting is pretty average. This is his third drama I have watched, sometimes I can't understand what emotions he's trying to portray. He has so much potential though. The story was good, I could definitely relate to the parental and societal pressure. It wasn't as emotional as I thought it would be.
The age gap didn't bother me at all. She's 19 turns 20, and they don't do anything other than kiss, and thats…
I was worried at first about how they will show the romance between Goblin and his bride without it being cringey, I was happy how the story unfolded though. People need to understand that all stories can't have protagonists in the same age group and age gap doesn't mean that there's any less love.
I did not find this funny. I didn't like the ML stalking her nor did I like the FL getting violent. I guess this wasn't for me. Both the opening and closing songs are great though.
I loved this one. I now have a crush on Takeru-san. It made me want to fall in love š. Couple of things bothered me, Like how during most important events of the FL's life her family wasn't there at all. It could have been fleshed out better. It was so fluffy and sweet I think it increased my blood sugar levels just by watching it š.
Iām just curious, would you feel the same way if she was 40 and he was 20?Iām genuinely just curious. Personally…
I feel like people are taking the age gap thing too far. In real life, couples with huge age gaps exist and there are couples who met when one was in their late teens.
I am watching it for the first time and loving every minute of it. At first the age gap bothered me but I think it goes well with the story, like the whole coming close to death at the 9th year of every decade, if she hadn't met Goblin she might not have survived her 19th year, also I don't think she would have gone to University if she still lived with her aunt's family. I would like to know why the writers wrote it like that, what was their logic behind a high school student main lead. I find love between Goblin and his bride pure, sweet and innocent. If they had tried showing chemistry it would have been creepier. I will be sad when it ends.
