I really liked this drama. I'd just watched Micky in Sungkyunkwan Scandal and then I watched this drama.
It has a lot of the elements of a normal Korean drama, which i've grown to love. I like the mix of scenes of Joseon Korean and Modern Korea. I loved the heroin and the main guy. I didn't tire of either of their personalities. I also liked that their personalities were consistent. I find a lot dramas in which the person after the romance is a complete 360 from the character's personality before they fell in love. This was not the case in Rooftop Prince.

This drama was absolutely hilarious. Definitely one of the funniest dramas I've ever seen. Especially in the beginning of the drama.

The ending of a drama usually gives a final impression, and oftentimes makes or breaks my opinion of a drama. I'd say it accounts for 1/4 of my overall opinion for a drama. The ending of this drama, I think, really added to the drama. It was, in my opinion, original and refreshing. Although, I haven't decided if I like the ending, per say, but It was memorable. I still think about it, because I feel that the ending was very interesting.

Finally, the music in this drama was also really memorable. When I heard the song "Hurt" by Ali I was like, "Woah, her voice is amazing." I don't know what it is but I'm really drawn to her voice. And I usually like men's singing. There were other really good songs too. It is one of the few OSTs that I've ever downloaded.

Wow. This drama is fantastic. It's definately in the more in the viewpoint of the younger generation's 'eastern style' sexual revolution. I've always thought of Korea as being more conservative, but you can't catorgorize a country-everyones different. Anyway, the story was amazing. I loved the characters and the actors and their acting. This drama was addicting, I watched it throught the night on a school night because it's so good. I'd definately say it's a new favorite. I absolutely recomend it. I actually liked to see a more promiscuous side of Korea. The characters, I feel, were beleivable and realistic. It presented the good and bad sides of a person which made the characters more three-dimensional. I'm so excited to start the second season!

First let me explain why I gave it such a low rewatch value. I'm not particularly fond of rewatching dramas, and I hardly ever do it. I gave it a three because I will never rewatch this.
I feel that the story was fairly predictable and perhaps cliche, however not bad. To sum up my opinion: the drama wasn't edging me on. I didn't feel the need to watch the next episode immediately and It wasn't hard waiting a week for the next one to come out. However, I enjoyed my time while I was watching it. It had many cliche drama elements, but on that note it wasn't bad. Just predictable.
The actors were were likable enough. Although I can't say their acting blew me away. The best part, in my opinion, was the lead actress. She did a good job. I also liked her character. She had a backbone. The music was okay. Fairly catchy. I am humming it as I write.
It was a good drama.
If your looking for something with classic drama elements, kpop, and is reliable stereotypical drama that you know won't go crazy (ever watched a drama that started off good, but then you're like 'what am I watching?') this is the drama for you!

I was really excited for this drama, and at the beginning I wasn't disappointed. It started out amazing; I was captured and I was sure I'd found a one-in-a-million drama, and my thoughts stayed this way until about the 9th/10th episode. It started to get boring. Too many episodes, a little too slow, and although I loved the heroine at first, I started to dislike her. There also seemed to be too much focus on life outside of the heroine, which is only good in small doses. Needed more focus on the main character. Unfortunately, I dropped it. Couldn't bring myself to watch another episode. I'm disappointed, since the idea was good all the actors were very good as well.
