wow. The writing is amazing. Mysterious persona with the show reminiscent of “Faust”!or maybe Brad Pitt’s “Meet Joe Black”. Enigmatic and psychological thriller with an amazing soundtrack too boost. The intimate scene was very sensual leaving a lot to the imagination. I just hope no one spoils the rest of the story or at least place a spoiler in their post because I want to wait til the end and hope that my theories are wrong.

After 5 episodes the writing for this series is impressive. Nothing is permanent in court, except maybe the child King. What’s interesting is how it tries to keep its center and the chaos around happens. I’m hoping this energy continues til the end because at this point my energy is spent just reading every word and making sure I don't miss anything.

A classic Cinderella story with a twist. Showing wealth and education disparity in China and how discriminatory societies can be. My issues are the demeaning of a person’s ego so low in order for this show to have a springboard. Personally the tropes are unnecessary. They can show honor background to a certain degree but really give people their dignity and humanity. I know this will get better and he will probably excel later in the series. And why are shorter people the bottom?

we’re at episode 6 with 4 more to go and slow the layers are peeling off and Inwould say the best bunny hop I’ve ever seen though the pain seems unbearable. other than that NC scene it appears there so many more layers in the storyline that needs to be told and my issue with recent BL is the tail end (no pun intended)…I hope the writers do a better job on the second half as they did on the first half

One can be gay and be Catholic, and acceptance helps overcome the guilt. After several episodes of deep and heavy feelings, the script chose a lighter story. This trope has been told in so many ways, but unique for a Thai. Watching a show about Catholics in Thailand is refreshing. Watching the struggle of a gay Catholic, nothing new. I am glad the church is not portrayed in an evil way because the Church doctrines are not, these are the scriptures we follow. Like other faiths, they have their own doctrines. I guess the writer can only present this type of ending, O can already hear the uproar of it were to end differently. But to be honest, there are gay Priests and it doesn’t make them bad. Some actions are bad. It’s giving up the flesh, whether a seminarian is straight or gay that’s the true sacrifice. And this series is not about that sacrifice, it’s accepting one’s sexuality.

In spite of the odds our three protagonists and the daughter are resilient to get this through. My struggle is figuring out the names, who’s who specially with the children and their past. Eventually I’ll get learn it all. Again, government agencies portrayed as the antagonists. The unpredictability so far is what makes this enjoyable.

The intensity grows and so is the action, slowly their backgrounds reveals a much darker personality. The pain of anger pulls the viewer in.

This series is reminiscent of Taken with the Korean twist of course, great actors all in one and if the writing is great it becomes one of the great action series. A touch of comic relief eases the heaviness. Looking forward to the gore and action to come.

This episode pushes further into the “show within a show” idea, making the line between performance and reality even harder to see. The actors and their characters are starting to merge, and what once felt like acting now seems shaped by real desire, vulnerability, and emotions the script can no longer contain.I’m still waiting for the series to fully strip away those scripted layers. That’s when these characters may finally feel real. Until then, I remain emotionally detached. I understand what the show is aiming for, but I still can’t fully connect with either of them.The opening sequence was especially strong. The popping soda can worked well as a metaphor for climax—not for shock, but because it made the moment feel grounded and human. That kind of symbolism, paired with raw emotion, is the “real world” I want to see beneath all the performance.

This episode felt very slow as the focus was filming the series within and though our protagonist may have been acting out or channeling his feelings through making the series which I understand is the precept of the whole series but after a strong start I feel distant from the main leads the addition of a third makes it more confusing specially his role was just to show a fu**ing scene. I prefer watching the struggles these two are going through instead.

I understand they’re here to film a BL series and that’s how these two actors got together but I feel the show within the show is too long and not building enough foundation for the two main characters. If the series continues with this format I am concerned it will lose its intention.

Episode 2 continues to build on the gentle, reflective tone of the premiere while giving the characters a little more room to open up. Centering around tea leaves warming the body and filling the soul. The story still moves at a calm pace, but this time there’s a stronger sense of momentum as the emotional stakes begin to take shape. It feels less like an introduction and more like the beginning of something meaningful.What stood out most was how the episode deepens the connection between the leads. Their interactions feel more natural now, and the small moments between them carry a lot of weight. There’s still a quiet restraint to the romance, but that only makes the tension more effective.The atmosphere and the visualsremains one of the show’s strongest qualities. The soft visuals and peaceful setting continue to give the series a dreamy, almost nostalgic feel. Writing and Directing talents truly shines. Overall, this episode does a nice job of expanding the story while keeping the same warmth and charm that made the first episode so appealing.

The premiere does a beautiful job of introducing the world and the emotional tone of the series. Rather than rushing into the romance, it takes its time establishing the characters, their personalities, and the quiet tension between them. That slower approach makes the episode feel more grounded and gives the story room to breathe.What I liked most was how naturally the chemistry begins to form. Even in the earliest interactions, there’s already a sense that these two are drawn to each other in ways they don’t fully understand yet. The contrast between them is clear from the start, and that difference makes their dynamic immediately interesting.Visually, the episode also feels warm and inviting, with a softness that matches the title’s poetic mood. Overall, Episode 1 is a strong opening that sets up both the romance and the emotional depth of the series in a way that makes me want to keep watching

The stories though short is intense and gripping and leave so many questions. Thai episode explains some of them but I guess with 25 minutes this will happen fast. In total it won’t even be 6 hours so intensity surges. Our poor antagonist though a good actor seems out of place and I can’t pinpoint why. Maybe because he’s shorter and automatically becomes the bottom, magnified by the intensity the director and writer wants me to feel sorry for him. This trope does get tiring. I want to feel sorry for a tall, manly, bottom. Yeah it’s about time we turn this world upside down.

When guilt exposes our true feelings, and exposes our actions. This episode is about managing situations as they spiral and goes beyond one’s control. When action speaks louder than words, then truth is exposed. Barth openly states he is gay but never did Tanrak. As Barth from the beginning lusted for Tanrak, while Tanrak in his need to find his parent’s love would react to any one of gives him his basic need. Is this truly love? Do we really know the meaning of love at a tender young age. Can we differentiate love from lust? Fourth’s acting truly shined as Tanrak creating the depth of emotions. No matter how this story ends, it will be happy depending on how you define your happiness. The Priest plays a significant albeit short role which reminds me of the book Les Miserable where the Priest too plays a pivotal role in the Jean Valjean’s transformation.
