Tbh, for me, it started kinda flat, but as it goes on, it gets better and better. I disliked Haoming at first because he was indeed a jerk due to his wealth and background, thinking he was always better, and Yan relied on him. But later, his arrogance was fixed through his personal growth, and I love that even the supporting characters like Haoming's mother show that growth.
So far, I'm at episode 23 and waiting for more episodes to come out. I haven't seen much about Yan's parents, but I hope that later they give us a proper ending with them, since Yan is close to her older sister and even becomes the second main couple.
It was good and funny too, though not a masterpiece. If you're not a religious person, that should be in a prayer…
1. No love triangle- there are multiple main leads because they are the main involved characters with their servants. The FL is an unfeeling character that people think is a psychopath because of her behavior.
2. They're not exactly a couple because this is a low-key similar to Goblin, where the FL fell in love with the Spirit ML.
3. and 4. It's better for you to watch and see because they have funny moments and unexpected turns of events.
For me I like the concept of the story and the effects.

It was good and funny too, though not a masterpiece. If you're not a religious person, that should be in a prayer room rather than watching fiction series like this— then you're good.

been here since 2016 where I enjoy reading reviews because they're good. these days? this site is full of rats *oops* I mean "tourists" those who either are tasteless or just pure trash giving their 1/10 reviews like as if the series is only made just for them. they rather keep that to themselves as their opinion.
had to turn off my logical brain to accept the ending. too many things unexplained 🙄
the writing went with should we go with the historical or stay fictional. I feel like they went with that ending because they didn't want the knetz to be triggered with ending the tyrant king as a good person.

It's good because of the casting, and it's funny because of the effects. But the story is a little lacking... now, after so many cooking scenes, the climax, and the ending were stretched between the last two episodes. :')
I just wish they went with 16 episodes. Overall, I still had fun! Casting Lee Chae Min is the best option.
When this was aired and ended, I wasn't in the mood to watch it! But now I say I regret missing this beautiful gem! 10/10. loveeee the casting and the story!
