Miss Crow with Mr. Lizard was my first drama with him too and I liked it (except the ending - it was a bit draggy , looked like a sad ending and then everything was magically fixed in last 5 minutes - I like when there is at least one happy episode before the ends, not time skip in last minutes that fixes everything). My next drama with him is: Forever and Ever (finished 1st episode). I skipped One and Only, because I read that it has tragic ending, which I can't watch.
In which episode FL and ML unite? Are there any misunderstandings in this drama?
There are some kisses before his confess, but for different reasons than romance (but I don'r remember it much). Love triangle was more like a crush and misunderstanding and it was bearable, but unnecessary.
oh i've played werewolf! it's a lot of fun~ if there's a movie that you think tops AiB i'll have to check it out!
I don't know if it tops it. Both worlds are different. In AIB they play various games. In WwG movies they play always the same game, but it is also not the same (different people, different roles, different strategy, different point of view).
which werewolf game are you referring to? it seems really interesting from how you describe it but it seems there…
I refer to all of them (except the last one - I have not watched it yet). They are all similar, but also a bit different. There is always something new that changes the strategy. The first story is shown from villager's point of view: https://mydramalist.com/8091-the-werewolf-game-the-villagers-side . 2nd movie is shown from the side of werewolves... etc. https://mydramalist.com/10992-the-werewolf-game-the-beast-side All movies and all groups of people are more or less interesting. The one I like the most is probably the 2nd one, partially also because there is Tsuchiya Tao in main role and she did good job there. Everyone tries to survive and they choose the strategy according to their given roles. Also everyone can lie and no one can be sure of anything.
I tried to watch SG and didn't like it. But I can understand why many people like it - the games are easy and it is not necessary to think in them much. So that it is easy to create stage for them and play them anywhere with masses of people in real life. AIB was better for me. It has games where it is necessary to use brain, but what I liked the most was Tsuchiya Tao. :) But then I watched The Werewolf Game and I liked it more than AIB. Students in that game need to help and deceive each other in order to survive. It can also be easily played by anyone in real life if they have atleast 10 people (without killing, of course), but they also need to use their brain to survive.
I finished this drama quite a while ago but I must say my impression with this drama stayed the most memorable…
I understood it this way: He was cold to her in the same way as he was cold to all other girls in his life, because he was waiting many years just for that one from his childhood. So, when he realized that he finally found her, he did that 180 degree turn. For me it is understandable - he was "frozen" in the time when she left him and suddenly all those years of waiting ended and he finally could move on - it was first of many sweet moments. For me this was the sweetest drama I watched so far. :)
What’s wrong with Fu Pei? You mean incorrect rominization?
He was pretty annoying there. So I guess some people hated him and it is hard to watch his actor here for them. Fu Pei wasn't annoying for the whole drama, so I forgave him in the end and I enjoyed this drama. But it can be weird to spme people. :)
I also didn't want it to end, so I rewatched it immediately. :) Chae Soo Bin is my number 1 and I quite envy you…
Happy watching then. :) From movies I also liked "Your name is Rose" and you can also try drama "House of Bluebird" - it is long family and business drama, but it also has many good comedy moments and CSB has great main role there. :)
I liked it - until ep. 22 where FL illogically stopped trusting ML and I then stopped caring about her and ML anymore. ML's sister was very annoying in the beginning, but in the end she was the character I liked the most. How could FL trust someone who played dirty tricks on her all the time and don't trust her fiancé? That drama part was unnecessary.
Did it bother anyone else that the FL house door had such big gaps in it? Anyone could see inside. 😂 it irked…
It bothers me too. In winter there must be huge flow of cold air from outside and also it is very easy to see through them. If only there is at least some kind of entrance hall, but no... the door leads directly to living room. :D
My next drama with him is: Forever and Ever (finished 1st episode). I skipped One and Only, because I read that it has tragic ending, which I can't watch.
Btw, nice article. :)
