My Happy Marriage - the live action Japanese film with Ren Maguro and Mio Imada. It's on youtube. I have rewatched it several times since it was so good.

This is what haters live for - to try and destroy others. I hope Karma is real and they get what they deserve. It's diabolical. They spread their poison, hoping their target will commit suicide. If they succeed, they move on to another target. Many times they even make things up because they have seen many people are sheep and believe whatever they read. Even if the lie is absurd, these sheep will say "where there is smoke, there is fire". Unfortunately, in this age of AI, even photos and "proof" can easily be made up. I find it very sad. Maybe legal actions will slow down some of the hateful rumors/comments.
You might like The Double (2024). Male lead is Wang Xing Yu.
Li Yun Rui will also be lead male in the new drama Rebirth, which has not aired yet. I think that will be excellent. But you may need to watch Princess Agents first to understand the background because Rebirth starts where that one stopped. Did you already see Love Like the Galaxy (1 and 2) with Leo Wu as ML? That was very good.
Someone spoil me why Song Mo's father hates his own son?
Because the younger son is the child of his hidden mistress, the only woman he ever loved. He only loves that son. He had an arranged marriage with Song Mo's mother, but he had no feelings for her. He took his frustration and anger out on Song Mo. Song Mo was lucky that his uncle loved him and he saw the uncle (his mother's brother) as his father figure.
What does it mean that this drama was dubbed? 😅 That's something I never understood
This is what I think it means. The Chinese have a rule that all dramas must be in Mandarin. Many actors do not speak in Mandarin, so they get voice actors to voice the character's parts in the drama. That is referred to as dubbing. So when you watch it, the voice you hear may not be the actor's real voice. If an actor can speak in Mandarin, sometimes they dub themselves. Sometimes, even if an actor can speak Mandarin, if the director/producer thinks his/her voice does not suit the character, they may also decide to use a voice actor to dub the voice.
I agree. I really liked this before that arc in the story. I can't wait for it to end. It was slightly humorous…
I am happy for him. He got a lot of bad, and IMHO mostly unfair reviews for Miss the Dragon, so I was so glad that directors/producers didn't ignore him after that one.
LBFAD is a classic so i highly recommend it especially if you love wang hedi as an actor. You will see different…
I agree. I have always liked Dylan Wang as an actor. I think that Love Between Fairy and Devil was the first drama that really showed his acting skills. I just find these side FL bits annoying.
Only princess linan character was unnecessary and annoying to me
I also think she is annoying. I don't like her at all so far. And I agree that she is as annoying and fake cutesy as the FL in Love Between Fairy and Devil. I guess a lot of folks like smart MLs paired with stupid cutesy FLs, since I see it so much in these costume dramas. The mistaken identity arc almost makes me want to stop watching, but I really like the story and other characters, so I will yell at the screen and keep watching.
I really don’t like identity misunderstandings. when does this end with Xu Qian and Princess Lin An? I usually…
I agree. I really liked this before that arc in the story. I can't wait for it to end. It was slightly humorous to me at first, but very quickly became tiresome. I really like the story and other characters, so I will try to be patient. But so far, I am no fan pf the FL.

OMG, I so agree. I am on episode 14 and I find her so boring. I have become so tired of her being cutesy and pretending to be the older Princess. I read somewhere that he finds out in episode 18, so I am really, really trying to keep watching because I really like the story and the other characters.
It seems pretty consistent that in many of these costume dramas, they pair a very smart ML character with a stupid, cutesy FL character. I guess that since writers keep doing this, I am in a small minority of folks who wish that they would pair a very smart ML with a female lead who is equally smart and not a cutesy type.

Dylan Wang's character is a great fit for him.
