My favorite Korean film of all time is Old Boy, one of the "edgiest" Kfilms out there. No, I don't hate on Netflix…
but it’s based off a webtoon. they most likely want to respect the original writer & if they change too much an angry mob will come for them.

i fuckin enjoyed it. the ✨transitions were *chefs kiss* everyone loves hating on netflix kdramas because they’re more edgy & whatever. their production really can’t be topped. this will get the “Somebody” treatment unfortunately.

Does that make the scenes anymore necessary? The show had a lot of cheap and unnecessary nudity. Did you think…
you act like they were forced 😅

nothing is ever “necessary”.
it’s entertainment, it’s not supposed to be a spiritual awaking. netflix very clearly put a nudity tag, so that’s on you. plus mature audiences don’t mind 15secs of tits.

For those who don't know, the movies "Concrete Utopia" (2023) and "Badland Hunters" (2024) are set in the same…
thanks for this explanation - i was wondering if i should have watched concrete utopia first but i see it’s not necessary.
super cool they’re starting to create ‘worlds’ now. endless potential without a specific set story - tons of easter egg potential too!

Really interesting premise. But anyone else feel like the cinematography looks a little Netflix-ish?
is that a bad thing?

The ending imo ruined the show. It was bad enough to make me want the 63 hours back.
ehhh i don’t think i would enjoy it unfortunately lol.. sometimes i wish i watched The Heirs or Boys Over Flowers right when i started my kdrama journey - now, I could never sit through that 😜

Title Flex X Cop
The only thing that really bothers me are these black sequence in each episode. it tells me "now comes the next…
that’s a hulu thing, every show i’ve watched on hulu has it. it’s so trash and totally immersion ruining
