I detest her personally. Characters like her are so toxic snd unfortunately they're everywhere in C-Dramas. I hope she and Han Ming Xi don't get involved romantically, cause yikessss 🤢
Ye Li keeps talking to people, including the Empress Dowager as if the Academy is active, with people studying and learning and teaching. Even when she was with her family before the wedding, she was asked how her mother's doing and she told them she's okay. But now she told the Empress Dowager her mom is dead. Obviously her maid is dead too cause she's clearly hallucinating her and probably that scholar for whom she cut the tree since he's never contacted his family in 8 years.
WHO knows what happened up there and who gave the order for the possible slaughter?? I thought the Empress gave the order because the Academy opposed to her ascending to the throne but she didn't even know Ye Li's mom was gone. Is the Marquis behind it all?? Does Mo Xiu Yao know anything about it?? Also Ye Li's man, the one helping her with everything. Looks like he understands she sees things but does not question Ye Li about it. Is he one of the survivors?? The scars on Ye Li's arms. Are they really monkey bites??
First 4 episodes were INSANE!!! 😱🔥 Couldn't relax or take a breath, so many things happened!!! The leads have wonderful chemistry, I can't wait to see tomorrow's episodes!!! 😍

It's fantastic. The ratings couldn't be more wrong. A 9.5/10 for me!!! 🔥 It's one of the few Wuxia dramas I've managed to finish cause I usually don't care about sects etc but this one is a perfect combination of many things and the chemistry between the leads is insane. ✨Do give it a try, you won't regret it!!! Also, best fight scenes EVERRRR 🔥
FL has fallen for the ML (based not only on her actions and the way she looks at him but also things she's discussed with people close to her). The ML cares for her deeply but it's not clear if he sees her romantically or only as a sworn sister, so, FL keeps her feelings to herself as of episode 32.
I'm not hopeful we'll see them getting together with only 5 episodes left but if we get a happy ending and there's a second season, who knows???

The only one who can help him somewhat is Ji Won and believe it or not the serial killer himself. The killer is in jail and not going anywhere. But the freaks who hide behind the mask of law enforcement and government positions are out there playing the innocent and the righteous. 🤬I hope they all get punished or else this whole story, everything that happened, the injustice of it all, it's been for NOTHING. ☠️
I'll be definitely lower my rating if the ending doesn't put those criminals behind bars. I'LL BE FURIOUS. 🤬Please, don't disappoint me...😭
Coming from Splendid Match, should I go in? Do we have slow burn romance here too?
It's really nothing like "A Splendid Match". It's all about the art of ink making 90% of the time. 5% is evil people doing evil things and romance is the other 5% at best. 18 episodes so far and romance is only in the air, nothing significant has happened. ML is the one who likes FL the most right now.
