I remember people after the first episode saying so much neg about Ci Sha.. Come on.. give him a chance. This…
CiSha's first kissing scenes?! (yes plural) Maybe that's why I felt that it is a bit rehearsed and a little bit awkward. My thinking is that he's so good at everthing portraying the role, he can give us more on intimate scenes
i just finished it 2 midnights ago and it definitely destroyed my weekends as I am just watching IG reels and stalking Ci Sha lol. Now I'm in work listening their OST
I really enjoyed this drama. Storyline, very cohesive. Kudos to them as I really understand all the family trees that they introduced and I'm not confused at all! Mind you, there was like more than 5 families (i think, Gu, Ji, Chen, Ye, Fu, and a lot more).
They really made CiSha (ML) looked like he's in his 40s and he really nailed his role. those eyes that will make you melt, very commanding. I say we neeeeeed him to be a general on his next drama, those martial arts that he showed on this drama is so skillfully done. My tiny comment is I hope he showed us more passionate kissing scenes, as some kisses and love scenes looked like stiff and rehearsed (for me only).
I was truly obsessed with this drama which I finished in 4 days, watching during work (lol), and staying up until 3am and have destroyed my weekends as I am replaying a lot of the lead's scenes.
I agree! my husband is used to hearing the ost on the background when i'm watching and he's so pissed with Shine on Me's soundtrack. Meanwhile here, he said the OST sounds nice
the novel is great, tho i paused reading it 2/3
