SO I LOVEEEEEE Ashes Of Love when it came out, I just rewatched it and OMG, I couldn't stand it!! This drama is so much better. Maybe because I matured as a person, or the actors are now mature/acting better, but I like it more. I also like how you see some of the same actors being recasted. Everyone on Viki is freaking out about "Red String Uncle" from Ashes of Love.

I mostly watch on my phone, so I probably don't even notice the bad CGI you're talking about XD

So, I really want to keep watching more episodes and I see dramacool has all episodes, but I pay for VIKI!!!! :(

Remember A'Li from the beginning? I think the scenes must have been spaced out because her face totally looked different. She looked s bit chubbier so I almost didn't recognize her at first!

I think it's a dialect, I don't think it's necessarily rare. But cute they they both speak in that dialect and understand each other. I've read that is the reason why c dramas are always dubbed over, it's because some actors have different dialects. Which is weird because they have so many, I would think they let the actors do their own voices.

Have you ever heard of the Yang Family Warriors? They're a real life (or so they say) army family. All their sons, daughters, and in laws fought for China. And they all died. :(

There's actually a version where Wu Lei played one of the character as a child. The character as an adult was Hu Ge! That's how they met!

I got chills seeing the Cheng Family (including Yang Yang) fighting in the last episode. And it reminded me of the Yang Family, except without the death part.

I think he would have been more shelteted. The emperor would probably be more against letting him be in the military, because he's really the last Huo bloodline as a son and not a nephew.
