That happened since 2 yrs ago, so just forget that, too long of a story. There are 3 types of drama fans: actor fans, CP fans, pure drama fans. Actor fans still hate each other, pure drama fans which is majority does not care, CP fans is usually the loudest but not that many. So tons of love fr CP fans but they are minority in number.

Also Youku does not market CP heavily in TTEOTM.

It's hard for me to believe, until I saw many confessions of pp who suddenly became LYX fans because they happened to pass by event and saw him. What they said has been consistent for years.

Drama filming uses slimming filter to make face smaller, but this backfire on LYX and make his face longer. If you see video screenshot/picts screenshot without filter from pp who took LYX picts at event, his face is not that long.

I dislike most of CJM costumes, others okay. I love every single one of TTJ clothes and Ming Ye except for MY wedding costume. All DG are epic.
Nope, nothing on Youku. After finished airing, Youku keep promoting TSL for 2 months, youku stopped promoting TTEOTM 2 weeks bfr VIP.

Yeah but tbh, TTEOTM is not perfect. I have many regrets outside the 40 eps chopping. This would be so explosive that no other drama will come close to it in the next 5 yrs if:
1. This is not Youku but Tencent/Qiyi, not only Youku smaller, their long tail view is not good, Youku put out drama bfr it is ready. Like make up, filter, those are not supposed to be a problem. Actually, in the middle Youku dropped all types of marketing for TTEOTM bcs it is doing too well for them.
2. TTEOTM director not good enough, if we get AOL director this would be better. I feel the director not directing the actor properly. Lucky this is LYX. I feel there should be more direction on BL. LSS/YXW some emotional outburst were too much/ too forceful making audience dislike her characters. Wt. stricter director we can avoid those problems. Also, the distinction between LSS - YXW is not enough. A lot of time, secondary director whose job bfr was fight director are directing LYX-BL, he should be just fight director not promoted to real assistant director. The facts that LYX often directing co star himself, teaching them how to act is a proof director not good enough.
3. Wrong casting on CDL, it would be epic if there is someone else I have in mind. The whole time watching I wish it was not her there. Actually, Deng Wei too, I can’t stand those type of wooden acting.
4. Some parts CGI is too much. I really dislike some of the costumes too, some are way too much.
5. There are parts where I hope dubbing director would have been stricter on LYX on later part. I also not satisfied with LXY acting after he became DG 3.0 He has such a good understanding of his characters, but he needs to work with excellent director to help him moving higher (But yeah, maybe I’m too hard on my fav actor and picky on acting).
Otter intention is good, I hope they learn for Qia Jin Mei LYX next drama with them. And how do I hope LYX got a guess role of League of Legends drama with Tencent so that he can work a bit wt Zhang Yimou. But wishful thinking, leo would be filming QJM when that drama starts.

No, I feel pp are not that friendly to tourist compares to places like Thailand, Bali, Japan, USA. Another thing that annoy me v much is when queuing and keep getting cut off.

It was just a joke which Melon twisted them, YZ joked during VS interviews wt Leo in 2018. But casting 2 actors with the same ability to attract S+ projects are not easy. First producer think they only need 1 name not 2 to start drama. Second someone like YZ, Reba, Yang Mi those 1st echelon actress only want to play big FL projects, While actor who can open S+ drama like Yang2, ZX, also LYX (proof HYX-TTEOTM-His next drama) also only want to play big ML projects. I'm saying not easy to cast for ex YZ+LYX together or Reba+LYX, Zhao Li Ying + LYX, unless LYX wants to do big FL drama where he took a step back and let the FL shines.

Maybe with Reba he would, after all she is his fav actress🤣. Just look at those video during Tencent awards with Reba and how nervous Leo is wt Reba the whole time....Trying to flash out all his charm, I never see him like that 🤣.

if you don't know, there is a big fans war between LYX and BL since June 2021. It stops during TTEOTM airing, but fans never reconcile, that's why pp hoping 3rd collab between them not likely to ever happen. The funny thing is now both LYX and BL fans have fans war with CDL haha, but more BL and CDL. LYX fans is rather mature and not crazy.

I don't know, enough to broke the join between the bone. Since then he is more easily injured. Tbh, me and I'm sure all LYX fans already concern with QJM filming, it's wuxia we are all afraid he gets injured again. It happens every year. The only one he is not injured is during TTEOTM, LIS, LIP.
