Last yr. this comp bought sev novel IP, one of it LYX will film with Otter again late this year.
Now fans understand why LYX stayed. He can pick novel IP he wants to play and LYX name in costume can easily get him S-S+ investment to start project, they just need to find producer and platform. With ATWIL and TTEOTM results, no one going to refuse the possible big $$$
In a way, LYX can become a semi producer. I believe they must give him profit sharing too. If LYX chose not to renew, the agency will go collapse immediately. His agency now has 3 actors, LYX, Chen Yao (recently joined), the actor who played YXW bother.

He is already v well known in China bfr because of his Runyu but not so much internationally. But he always well known for his acting skill. What TTEOTM brings him I think is fr now on, Producer/Platform need to take him more seriously than bfr. He should have better scripts offers now a days and he can pick which producers more likely to treat him right (meaning get him FL that can acts, not chop his drama like broker or LCR, give him the proper mkt during drama unlike L2L when Tencent completely abandoned that drama)

That's not the route LYX took, his agency did not have the means, but that's also why he can't get good projects. C Ent is a surprise for me initially. As I understand it more and more, if it is not for the underdog stellar star LYX, I might have abandon it. It is dirtier than Hollywood. Everything is measured by $$$ including awards. The competition is fierce, ok fierce okay if the competitor are equally good actors, fair enough but not if those are overly hyped can't act actors.
