I thought I’m not going to like Immortal arch, but turn out it is pretty cool. Very fast pace, they do cut a lot of scenes and just retains the essence. Finally TTJ has some someone who deeply cares for him apart for NBY, his Shizun. I love him already. LSS here is def better than YXW LSS.

It's from a game adv in 2020, they made 2 different games using LYX face. I also believe this is the reason producer thinks he will be great for this drama. The make up artist is the same one as TTEOTM.

But exactly because this is fantasy drama and the first C Drama wt dark ML this drama is breaking record left and right. Just like GOT for example, everyone is flawed and dark, but that's the whole appeal of the drama.
I do pity TTJ, being evil bone carrier and demon fetus is not what he want. The Demon god that killed her entire family is the evil bone inside him and not TTJ.. DG told TTJ: When you die after suffering all the pain in the world, I will come back to accept your body and soul.
But TTJ must be courted by LSS for his love to be killed just like RAISING A WAGYU BEEF, pampered to be slaughtered. The knifes to kill TTJ must be grown from his love. I say TTJ is a total idiot when it come to love, but it is expected. While everyone else has 20 yrs (TTJ age) to understand love, he only learns it in matter of months? How come he can be normal, esp when he was trampled by everyone then becomes a powerful King?
Everything that LSS did for TTJ is for her mission which she must complete, but not really for TTJ himself.

If that is not LYX, but an actor with equally as much as talent as LYX, it would be the same effect. I know you don't like LYX from your post bellow, you said his acting is overdone. The thing is who can play TTJ better than LYX, Yes I can see one more actor who has the talent and that look but he is a movie star and won't even consider this kind of drama.
