For those who has not watch, you are missing something good that absent in C Drama in the last 2 years: Absolutely Stunning FL, Good Looking ML, both in Original Voice not Dubbed. Both acting is acceptable. Plot does not insult your IQ. Great Cinematography and setting. No weird filter used.
Do I think this drama worth Douban score of 8.6? I think no, but understandable because since last year all we get is mostly Crap S+ Drama from all platforms.
On the positive side, today HYX is on Tencent top 10 most search drama, with ranking up to no 3. For un-broadcast drama this is unprecedented. There should be a reason why suddenly Tencent updated the actor list to full cast member. But this is not exclusive to HYX, sev other BL dramas like Winner is King was also updated….Perhaps signs of China loosen up...🕯️🕯️🕯️

Yes, she is that good. I should send you the link that compares LYX and LYF fight scenes. C fans called them the Male Dragon and Little Dragon girl. Her last costume was 16 years ago. She is mostly playing movie. This is her 1st drama in over a decade....
LYF is the most low profile ones in the C drama if you see her weibo you know. But she is super famous, her fans is 62M on weibo. Leo is 26M. BL is 15M for example.
Too bad there is no fight scense for LYF, Her fight scenes is even better than LYX. U know they shares 3 endorsement : Chinese Ghost Story, Tissot and Shisedo. All they need is playing drama together. Her next drama is Chang Ling, I really really want Leo to take it but Leo has rejected Chang Ling multiple times in 2020.
TTOETM is the most read Costume among all. It is because of LYX not anyone else. Ex: His 1st HYX pictures leaks were sold for over US$10.000 , TTOETM is $7000. That is crazy. TTOETM filming started early but LYX was late, photographer did not want to shoot if LYX has not joined TTOETM cause only his picts worth tons of $$$
Nope, not interested. Bailu is not bad in acting, but I'm not into someone who keep buying hot search to remind pp how good the acting is. She is not bad but ZLY is much better and low profile than her. I prefer low profile actor/tress not the hype ones. I watch Dream of Splendor now, LYF is amazing
