This is my most favorite airing Chinese drama so far. So funny and so endearing.

Yes, what seems like offensive in western culture may not be so in Asian culture, and vice versa. Therefore, one shouldn't use one's cultural standard to judge others :)

This series is so cute and adorable. Unlike the normal series where love-at-first-sight is the norm, here, they only fall in love after 5 episodes later.

Yep! More importantly, both parents are wise and they are in a monogamous relationship. I hate those polygamies.

We're only up to 16 episodes, still 40 episodes to go, more mental torture and depressions! I don't know what comes of me at the end of the series.

I can see Helan Mingyu's predicament: she's doing this to protect Xiao Chengxu. Imagine, what Su Yuying would do if she can't get her man. She may blurt out Helan Mingyu's relationship with Xiao Chengxu, and this is a death penalty for him. Todate, I believe Helan Mingyu hasn't even slept with Xiao Chengrui as husband and wife, so he would immediately know that Xiao Chengxu is in her heart, and this would definitely lead to his death. As how things are developing at this stage, she can't risk Xiao Chengrui's wrath which may have Xiao Chengxu killed and her motherland destroyed.

OMG! I laugh until I'm almost out of breath. Too bad not many viewers realize how good this drama is, probably because of its poor English title.

Same, but I'm hooked because I want to know how it ends. Ironic! :C

You may not cry outright but you may be depressed. It's really a depressing story. They should have tagged it as "Depressing" as well.

She looks calm and composed on the outside, but inside, she's bleeding. It's really hard to watch T_T.

No, I don't want to see him in rom-com neither. He's kind of quiet and serious and hard to imagine him in rom-com, but I maybe surprised. Nonetheless, the misery has already started long ago when she gets married; it continues on ...., no foreseeable ending. As it is, it takes a miracle to have a happy ending. Having said that, I may get a shoe stuck in my mouth :D

The male leads are hot!

Now my anecdotes to this depressing story are Marry Me and Oh! My Sweet Liar! The latter is surprisingly funny and not that comedic as I first thought; the ML is hot.

Dang! My assumption is right! He must have something that directors see in him, so they always choose him for roles like this.
