Many people skip it due to the poor English subtitles. For example, whenever the word 孤 (gu) is mentioned, it is being translated to lonely man which is hilarious. In this context, the word means "I". This word is being used a lot because it is how Xiao Jinyun refers to himself. I can't imagine viewers seeing "lonely man" repeatedly displayed all over the dialogs. Must be a pain to watch :)

Yes, I love TCM as it treats the root cause of the problem, unlike allopathic medicine which only treats the symptoms with drugs with tons of side effects, often leading to other illnesses :)

If this were a western production, she would have walked into the shower with him, or when he steps out from the shower, wiping, she would have gone up to his naked body and hug him. In a Chinese drama, she just stares at his nakedness, which is actually very rare :D

There are some real kissing scenes in the final episodes. There's no obvious skinship but alluding to it; condoms are mentioned multiple times :D
