It's not my type of drama. It's such a slow burn. I'm on episode 14 and feel like I've wasted a bit of time on…
I'm usually not a very patient person with intentionally made misunderstandings and wasteful moments. However, I find this drama is not like that; it's the little moments that are precious and very humorous. The dialogues are so funny that you'd have to think twice to get the meaning.
does anyone have recommendations for dramas with male leads like him?
An easy going ML? Not that many. C-dramas seem to like rude, cold, wealthy and powerful ML. Having said that, I find the ML in Legally Romance very easy going. I like him a lot (BTW, don't mind his hair.) :D
How's the romance/chemistry? Any love triangles? Happy ending?
Chemistry is good but short lived. Yes, there are multiple love triangles, but the OTP is always clear. You would feel sorry for the SML. BTW, watch the director's cut version. That's a lot better than this version as the story is better layout for the viewers to understand the motives of the ML. https://mydramalist.com/59749-goodbye-my-princess-director-s-cut
Oh no! What a pity! This is really a good drama, The romance is so good, so heart wrenching. This is the only c-drama I find worth watching at the moment. Why don't they come up with better subs?
Great review for me. I agree 99%, but why such a high rating. For me, it's a 5 at most. But everyone is entitled…
I know I'm generous on my rating. Yeah, 5 is about right, really crappy script. My score is mainly for the beautiful costumes and the food presentation; those are what I've really enjoyed watching :D
So present life continues after episode 22? How fast is the progress between the leads from there on?
They didn't go official until the very final episodes, but you can feel love in the air; it's very dense. To me, this is much better and sweeter than an open relationship :D How far are you now?
