I prefer Japanese mangas with Japanese characters stay in Japanese media. They're just doing it good and japanese…
But anyway, the only korean adaptation I've ever wanted was for Nana but it was just because I love that manga so much that I want to see its adaptation with every asian culture... We had a jmovie, we'll have a cdrama... A kdrama would be good too but I just know if it happens it will go to Netflix and they will fu*ck it up

I prefer Japanese mangas with Japanese characters stay in Japanese media. They're just doing it good and japanese movies and dramas have their own charm. But koreans should definitely have adaptations too because when it comes to romance, the dramas and storylines are just so weak that I can't handle it anymore. They need help.

But just like I say, Jmedia really does it good. And I don't think they need kdramas to have perfect adaptations.

I love she did everything without getting her hands on blood. Her revenge was so satisfying to watch. Love Moon Dong Eun and her character. But I don't have that much positive things to say about other things.

I wish mdl put the two parts together... It's one 18 episodes long drama even tho it's divided to parts.

I may be the first to say this, but yeo jung and dong eun are a toxic couple. He helped her with revenge and now…
The difference is, he helped her revenge because he loved her AND she returned to him BECAUSE she loved him and the warmth he gave to her. If a monolgue was shown that she felt like she needed to go back to him because she owed him, you could be true.

I don't think she is a chungmuro yet. But she is the best singer in Korea imo, and an A-list drama actress.
Oh I know what Chungmuro means. After all I'm interested in asian cinema for years now and the term Chungmuro is one of the most fascinating things I've ever seen.

Chungmuro is actually Korea's film industry. But just like not every movie actor is called Chungmuro, not every movie is considered Chungmuro too. Like platform movies such as Netflix.

Chungmuro Blue Chip is given to the highest quality rookie movie actors who newly started their film career with successful Chungmuro movies AND got high praises both from the audience and experts. Like Kim Dami got that title the year she debuted with The Witch. She is oftenly called as "Chungmuro's biggest discovery" Or Jeon Jung Seo got it with her performance in Burning. And mostly they're chosen by experts committee. Like it happened with SSK, GYJ, and IU in 2022. They're mentioned as Chungmuro Blue Chips in every article in Korea now.

The blue-chip title itself is there to dissociate the talented new movie actors and give them a place in the movie industry to shine.

IU is talking about how Ae Soon's character fascinated her and she chose this drama because she felt like when…
Since Moon Sori joined the cast, I'm sure it will be bigger than I expected.

Wait so two phases of their lives hmm so screen time will be 6 eps for younger nd another 6 for older or maybe…
Tbh nothing about the casting is clear yet. Moon Sori and Park Hae Joon can be guest roles too. We don't know.

IU is talking about how Ae Soon's character fascinated her and she chose this drama because she felt like when the drama gets released, everyone will say "I would love to work in something like this". So I think it will be worth the wait.

She is a Chungmuro Blue Chip. It's a title that's given to the new debuted movie actors. That means that they are given the chance to be a Chungmuro in the future if they keep doing movies. In 2022, only Son Sukku, Go Youn Jung and IU officially got that title.

I had an eye on her since she was in MAA. But her acting career started too strong than I expected. She deserves all the attention she gets those days. I hope it will keep continuing.

I watched the anime years ago, didn't love it that much but the movie is SUCH A GEM. Some animes are good as series but this one was enough as a movie. Sure, there are some weak points too but it's a must watch! Some scenes were cinematographically deep which made me tear up so many times. Overal, the cinematography was so beautiful.

Their friendship and pure hearts are just to die for... I don't think I will able to forget the fact that the adult Naho was remembering every moment she had with Kakeru because she never forgive herself. I CAN'T HANDLE IT😭
Loved it. 8\10

And Kento&Tao are so good together as always
