She started her career with a movie-a hit movie that even went to CANNES, so just like all the other movie actors, she needed to do what was said. If you can't smoke, you should learn how to smoke irl just to film that one movie scene. If you don't agree to film sex scenes, fight scenes, etc you get kicked out of the project. And you can't get your fame with filming nude scenes in Chungmuro if you didn't satisfy them with your acting.
