As someone that was supposed to be there, let me add a bit to that. It was a fan meeting because of the Only Friends series. But it was pouring rain for hours so not so many people made it to the mall. By the time I went there, the guy was in handcuffs. What I know is that fans were locked in the hall until the guy was captured. He used a plastic gun/redone into a real one. Unfortunately, the kid is too young to be prosecuted and because of his mental issues, he'll never see a jail cell. On the bright side, his father will serve his sentence because in Thailand, you're actually responsible for your kid's actions.
