OMG!! Hyun Woo got shot by Eunseong while saving Hae In, and Eunseong was killed by the police. What an anticlimactic way to die, like the leads didn't even get proper retribution and victory against the villains but won just because the villains are stupid.

I don't know why I don't have a do-or-die best friend like Yangi. He was heavily criticized by the viewers at the beginning of the drama just because he was giving advice like taking alimony from Hae In, but he was just being a normal friend to Hyun Woo when he was giving advice to him.

Yes, that is partly true, but not anymore. The writers are deviating a lot from creating villains with a lot of plot armor because they aren't able to provide the proper payoff for that. If your villains are more powerful than your heroes, then you have to think of even more creative ways to defeat them, which honestly is not a feat that any writer can achieve easily. Honestly, even without making people angry, she could have achieved it because she had all the perfect ingredients for blockbuster drama. Many people are only tuning in and continuing to watch just for the actors and the technical crew involved in the drama.

The way the drama is breaking records right now, both in ratings and viewership, I don't think she is going to change her style much. She will probably get more motivation to make dramas with such half-baked plots. In this regard, I respect Kim Eun Sook Jakkanim a lot because she at least tries something different with each of her dramas, irrespective of whether they fail in execution or not.

That's why I was saying she could have better balanced everything in the drama without one genre overpowering the other, but clearly she wasn't able to. I have watched every one of her dramas released after 'My Love From The Star,' but even they didn't have as many plot holes as this one. The plot lines and twists that she is throwing our way after episode 13 would have been good if she had done it in a logical way or if she had more episodes to properly conclude it, but she didn't have that, so she could have properly balanced them throughout the drama so that it doesn't come as artificial and forced. I don't have any problems with clichés; I even like most of them, but my issue is with plot holes. Even now, there are still so many things we have to cover in just one final episode.

Maybe Soo Cheol can sideline Da Hye and fall in love with Secretary Ko. Honestly because she seems like a much better partner than her.

I don't think that applies to everyone because I tuned into this drama expecting a RomCom which it was honestly advertised as and is one of my favorite genres. However, aside from the first 12-13 episodes, the drama has consistently been riddled with plot holes and lacks much romance. I think the writer added too many genres at the same time, like thriller, action, romcom, melodrama, illness, corporate politics, and plot twists after plot twists, which don't make much sense, rather than just stretching the drama, making it a hodgepodge.

Yes, maybe she wasn't in her right mind when she commented, or maybe she's just stressed from watching the drama right now. 😂 I think so too. You can give criticism on a drama, but don't personally hate on the person making the comments. The haters are probably just unemployed, with so much time on their hands, even after 3-4 months of airing, to hate on anyone giving a positive comment.

It depends because when I tried watching LBFAD when it was airing, I absolutely couldn't get into it and dropped it. But when TLOS was airing, while waiting for it, I started watching LBFAD and after the initial 10 episodes where you have to get used to the FL's baby voice, I absolutely started loving it.

I would recommend "The Legend of Shenli," "Back From The Brink," "Love Between The Fairy and Devil," and "Till The End of The Moon." My most favorite of the bunch is "The Legend of ShenLi" for how it has a proper happy ending for the leads and how healthy their relationship was. All the dramas are based on novels, where the first three dramas are from novels by the same author.
