I know right like you can give your constructive criticism but the hate camp โบ is crazy (โ_โ) there.
Why what happened there? I haven't watched the drama yet, but I heard that Yoo Ah In's scenes got cut, which makes the whole drama feel jarring and half-baked at best. But I still believe no comment section can be as toxic as that of "My Demon".
Haeins press conference was taken done by mad woman Moh seul hee. I don't know ๐ if the press video got to…
Yes, maybe that could have made the drama much stronger and would have eliminated some plot holes because during that period of time, money and power could bring you almost anything you desired as compared to today's timframe.
not the mom getting hate๐ญ like isnt this how all moms behave
I don't mind her mom's behavior because I believe she is acting like a mother who cares for her child. She also isn't as annoying as the mother of, let's say, Best Choice Ever. The mother there annoyed me a lot.
you know whats even more frustrating to watch?? We are at the final episode and the protagonists havent secured…
Yep, even the villains in her other dramas had much more substance than this one. They are dumb, but the leads are even dumber, as they haven't been able to secure a single victory against them. Going by the preview for the next episode, Hae In is getting kidnapped again while Hyun Woo is going alone in an injured state to save her, when we should have been getting conclusions on the remaining mysteries in the drama.
By the way, I keep reading about white truck of doom trope in kdrama. What's that?
It's just one of the favorite tropes of writers, where the leads will get into an accident just for the sake of convenience of the plot, while the driver doesn't even get arrested or punished. It has been done so many times in the recent 1-2 years that I feel it should have a separate tag or should be written as a cameo appearance for the show.
If you look at the writers other shows, even My Love from the the Star was better than the writing here. Theyโre…
Yes, that's why I consider it her weakest drama, which, honestly in my opinion, was just made to capitalize on the hype created for the writer after "My Love From The Star".
I thought My Demon was mid, but don't recall getting any hate for my opinion from either side.
Just open the comment section of that drama and see the recent comments. It's been 3-4 months since it finished airing, but the haters are still more active there than the fans.
That's why I'm gravitating more towards Cdrama, mainly historical or xianxia dramas. At least we get proper fighting…
Yes, I am so excited for it! It has been 5 years since the first season aired. I hope the wait is worth it and they add more romance as compared to its first season because it is honestly one of my favorites.

Exactly! Even "Legend of The Blue Sea" was better than this, which I found to be the weakest of all her dramas that I've watched. The lead actor wasn't very good at emoting the emotions and feelings of the character, but at least there were fewer tropes and it had a much more satisfying ending, considering the timeframe it was made in.
I know right like you can give your constructive criticism but the hate camp โบ is crazy (โ_โ) there.
Exactly! Constructive criticism is one thing, but the hate camp โบ๏ธ is just crazy. It's like they're on a mission to spread negativity rather than engaging in meaningful discussion.
I hope the comment section of this drama doesn't become as toxic as that of "My Demon" after it finishes airing today. The haters are even more obsessed with the drama than the fans, still camping there all day and night. If even one person comments something positive about the drama, then every one of them will start calling that person out for being oppa-obsessed and even abusing them just because they liked the drama.

You know, the last 8-10 months of Cdramas have been so good that we have consistently been getting good dramas, whether it be modern, xianxia, wuxia, palace politics, pure fluffy love stories, or historical dramas. I have watched more dramas in this time frame than in the last 2 years. Even now, three of my favorite dramas are being streamed side by side, each with a different plot than the other.
I'm only on EP3...Does it still surpass CLOY? judging by the comments, I guess not.
It surpasses the ratings and chemistry of CLOY, but it still couldn't beat it in terms of how well CLOY was written. At least there were fewer tropes in CLOY, while QOT is riddled with tropes in the last quarter.
Why Hyein ticked by eunsong like this? She said that she watched all the news. Didnt she saw her video? She was…
Actually, I don't even understand the whole love story of Soo Cheol and Da Hye. I don't know why he loves her so much even after being betrayed, experiencing the worst betrayal of all when she slept with another man and had his baby while passing it off as Soon Cheol's. For me, maybe their happy ending would have been them going their separate ways and Soo Cheol finding a woman who loves him as much as he loves her.

Yes, I'm kinda new to them too, so I'm lucky to have only watched the good and recent ones. But even then, the dramas released in the past 2-3 years were very good with enough plot and budget to make everything look as real and organic in progression as possible.
