I think the selfishness of Hyun Woo makes him human. My problem is not with those hating on him for wishing his wife dead; my problem is that on one hand, they are hating on Hyun Woo, while on the other hand, they are just forgetting the mistakes Hae In has made in the relationship. Just because she has an illness doesn't excuse her wrongs in the marriage. Just now on Twitter, I have seen tweets from people calling Hyun Woo a toxic, self-centered, and egotistic person and suggesting that Hae In should just get rid of him. Even on MDL, people are calling him out for his behavior, which is totally justified by the way, but when it comes to Hae In, no one is calling out her problematic behaviors because they have a certain sense of sympathy due to her being female or being ill, which is absent for Hyun Woo. I just want to support both of them as a couple, not just one individual, but these comments make me want to react to them.

I think Eun Seong and Da Hye may have a sibling relationship.

I believe more people will start hating Hyunwoo after watching this episode. They don't even want to consider his perspective. Just because his struggles are portrayed in a comedic light doesn't mean they are insignificant. He also has his own struggles and views about what was happening to him in that house and what prompted him to consider divorce.

I don't know what it is with KDrama writers, making male leads in marriage struggle dramas seem considerably guiltier than female leads for 70% of the drama. This was the case with all the marriage struggle dramas I had watched, like "Go Back Couple," "Familiar Wife," and "Queen of Tears." I think they don't want to show the harmful behaviors of both male and female leads equally. They always portray the misery of male leads in a comedic or inconsequential light, as if their struggles don't matter, while female leads will either have sick parents, illnesses, or child problems, which makes viewers sympathize more with them. All of these dramas had one thing in common: only male leads in the dramas were hated by the viewers, while the wrongs done by female leads in the relationship were mostly likely forgotten. In the end, when male leads get justified for their behaviors, viewers are firmly on the female lead's side and don't even consider the male lead's perspective, or they start shipping the female lead with the second male lead, where it doesn't even guarantee that the relationship and marriage between the female lead and second male lead will be much better.

He is literally the cleanest actor in the Korean industry without any major controversies. So why are insinuating something is wrong with him?

I meant that you are only taking Hae In's side without even considering Hyun Woo's. Where did you see in the drama Hyun Woo saying that he is only treating her well so that he can get a part of her will? It was his friend's idea, not his own. If he wanted her wealth, the least problematic solution would have been to let her have an affair with Eun Seung (supposedly) and then blackmail her or get a divorce with proper alimony. But he didn't do that; he was trying to save her every time, which was visible to everyone, even Hae In. But the case with Hae In is that she does things for him, cares for him, but without showing it to him. The biggest problem between them is communication, but the way Hae In acts makes it worse. She doesn't see that her husband is being humiliated in her house, while in his house, his family members are treating her as their own. She was still maintaining her ice-cold persona when they lost their baby, without doing anything to show that she is grieving. Even in episode 1, she was so nonchalant about the baby issue as if they hadn't lost their baby before, which became a traumatic situation for both of them. In my opinion, showing is caring. In a relationship, no matter how much a person does for me in the background, if I don't see him/her doing anything substantial for the benefit of the relationship, I won't be sure they are in love with me or care for me.

It might seem like a weird question, but I just wanted to ask: How are ZLY and LGX in kissing scenes? Can we expect some decent kissing scenes, or not? If we can't, then there shouldn't be any kissing, like those dead fish kisses we often see in dramas.
