How so? Either they would have to rewrite the script so his character is not in it (not easy) or they would've had to postpone filming to after his discharge and then renegotiate with every other cast memeber to find a new filming schedule that worked for everyone (not easy).

The industry has been pushing Kim Jae-won very hard, so I'm not surprised he won this despite his limited acting abilities. Hopefully in the future he can lean on something more than his goofy grin.

Just as well. No point watching a mystery drama if you can't even get the premise right.

Weak Hero was delayed, that's different. Delays happen. But I'm not sure I've heard of a drama premiering earlier than stated by a lead actor.

She is a fellow student and childhood friends with Bi-oh. Her “perfect hearing” will be a plot point in the rivalry between the two male leads. It would be odd if there were no other prominent characters in the school the two leads are attending.

Such a non-story. He voted in a poll that showed up in his feed, giving a preference between two female idols. Why would he know any details about the specific account that posted it. Making him apologize was ridiculous.

Seven months since Kim Jae-won was confirmed and it was said to be "entering full-scale production" and no news. It does not seem like filming has started. Makes you wonder if this drama is cursed.

Netflix should confirm it publicly in the next few days as the overview for August will be posted. Their main focus for now, however, will be Our Sticky Love (Aug 7).

This drama has two male leads, with a third actress rounding out the main cast. It’s normal for kdramas to have only the two first billed actors on the poster, and not the entire main cast. It's quite evident that Jang Gyuri has a smaller main role than the two leads.

It's like complaining that the East Palace main poster just has Nam Joohyuk and Roh Yoonseo. Yes, Cho Seungwoo is a main lead, but he is third billed and clearly secondary to them.

But Jang Gyuri might still be on later posters, maybe even the main one, and she will be at the press conference and they have released stills of her, so it's not like she's being ignored.

With a rumored December release, I wonder if Netflix will do some sort of WLGYT staggered release, releasing 5-6 episodes across four weeks. It seems a lot to be dropping all 22 episodes at once.
