Wonderland was already in production before Upload had premiered.

I assume this was delayed for 3+ years for a reason. Hopefully it's watchable since the cast is great!

BL overall lacks quality. For every Semantic Error or The Eighth Sense, there's 20 shit ones. This thankfully is something very different and possibly very exciting. But the BL crowd probably won't even like this much as it's authentic and complex with flawed characters and little fluff.

Mom's Friend's Son -> Golden Boy -> Love Next Door. They really can't decide on this one. I liked Golden Boy the most, but I think Love Next Door is a good title for a Netflix drama; it will intrigue more viewers.

If you actually read the interviews, you would see that his family are qualified professionals, but that they, as so many others, struggled with the IMF crisis which hit Korea very hard.

He became poor in high school, in the aftermath of the IMF crisis, like so many other Koreans. This is portrayed in many dramas, like with Baek Yi-jin's family in Twenty-Five Twenty-One.

Not much is known yet other than it being a black comedy. Based on the plot centering around fake luxury goods, it wouldn't surprise me if it had some action/thriller elements too.

Uh, I've not heard of many 13-year-old boys who dream of leaving their well-paying job behind and taking a rookie teaching job at 29 because of an instructor they had a crush on at 19.

I'm struggling a bit with taking the actor who plays the brother seriously. It seems like he's cosplaying Park Seo-joon's character from Fight For My Way with the acting choices and mannerisms.

I absolutely loved this and rated it 10/10 but it's going to be nice when Midnight Romance in Hagwon starts in QOT's slot on May 11, promising a slightly more peaceful and less intense and crazy ride. 🤣

That is the dream! They're too good together not to do another drama at some point.

Worst case it would be postponed a week, but I don't think they would've dated it August 7 without considering the Olympics.

Among those who have marked the drama as 'Completed', the rating is 8.92, so I'd say most people agree with you. Every drama has its detractors though, and they like to make themselves heard loudly and repeatedly in the comment sections on this site. There's gonna be a lot of "Am I the only one who didn't like this??" and "Overrated!!" here in the next days.🤣

The rating means it passed JTBC's Sky Castle too, and is the third highest rated cable drama. 🥳
