Why do they have a 29 and 32 year old playing the two male high school rivals? I get that they look young, but…
It's the same in just about every high school drama. It's just how it is. Usually people have no issue with it if they like the drama (see Lovely Runner, for instance). And if the acting is good, even the Baeksang jury is on board (see Best Actress winner Kim Tae-ri in 2521). C'est la vie.

Title Notes from the Last Row Spoiler
Were Lee Kang and Master Wi's wife lovers? I interpreted that scene more as the professor's imagination.
The scene we see is definitely Mun-oh's imagination, whereas what actually happened (the wine glasses, the ruffled bed) is left up to the imagination of the viewers. It's up to us where we want to take it (though I see many have gone full Mun-oh about it already 🤣).

Nov/Dec is a great slot for this moody drama. Now tvN just need to stick to their guns and not listen to the jobless netizens. Audiences have been waiting for this for years, and hundreds of production staff and all the actors outside of Jo Jin-woong have done nothing to deserve its indefinite postponement.

Title Gold Digger Spoiler
Nothing new for JTBC with dramas like Secret Love Affair in the past. There will always be those who don't like…
I thought it was pretty clear that the scene itself was Mun-oh's fantasy, as we return from the scene to his wife saying "Sure, feel free to imagine what we did. That's your specialty, isn't it?" Seemed pretty obvious that she was mocking his imagination running away with him again, which was what created the mess.

Later when he specifically asks if they slept together, she's exasperated by the question, telling him he's asking the wrong questions as usual. She refers to her and Kang as friends. There's nothing to suggest they were intimate other than Mun-oh's imagination, really. But even if they did, the scene we see is not real.

Maybe mark this as a spoiler? ^^
It's a play on how Lee Kang always ended his assignments with "To be continued..." and doesn't mean the drama will have a second season.

Less than half the population. Only able-bodied men.

I would think people would find this age gap more palatable because in Secret Love Affair, Yoo Ah-in played a young college student in his 20s and she was his piano teacher, so there was a power balance thing at play, too.

Here, Steve Noh plays a mature 33-year-old designer, which is quite different, even if the real-life age gap technically is larger between the actors.

They didn't remove him; they recast the character since Lee Jung Ha enlisted.

It’s a bit worrying that this drama will be airing on a cable channel like JTBC in Korea, especially after seeing…
Nothing new for JTBC with dramas like Secret Love Affair in the past. There will always be those who don't like something. In the case of Notes from the Last Row, it seems half the upset people missed that it was a fantasy sequence and the other half wants the guy to kiss boys instead.
