It would be great if the bestie husband was a good guy through and through and just because of our prejudice from the book and the teasing from the production crew they made us believe all were preminitions of his cheating. Still he hasn't done anything wrong yet. Not telling her about the new business with his friend is kinda wrong but I can see that happening, like he wanted to tell her when everything got shaped somehow. But apart from that he was always nice until now. So I think it would be a really nice overturn to just make us all suspect him while he stays a good guy till the end βΊοΈ
Really loved it! Just glad it is a movie not a drama because I couln't watch the sad parts for several episodes. Several minutes was ok and just enough to make me sentimental while not to the point of feeling devastated.
Everything is ok but why does the demon lord only rule over a bunch of small student demons? Like there are no other demons apart from the class and the two bad ones... They could have really used some more extras.
A quick rant: the couple scenes are really great but somehow all the other scenes are quite a makjang... It's as if they minimised the non-romantic plot to move the story forward, but this made the scenes too intense, to the extent that they aren't vibing with the rest of the drama which is slow-burn romance/slice-of-life-ish.
For the past few weeks, every day has been spent waiting and confirming how many hours I have left to wait for the new episode. It coming out at 11 am in my time zone was OK during the Christmas and New Year holidays, but after the weekend, I'll have to go to work and will only be able to watch it in the evening. TT_TT Can't they just release all the remaining episodes this weekend?
I can't... XDXDXD Everytime I read the drama title I sing the part in Red Velvet's Happiness. I must really need an edit of scenes from the drama with "Shine on me, let it shine on me, yeah. λ΄ νμ, let it shine..." I'm not even like a fan of RV but the title somehow brought it out of somewhere deep in my memory. Hahaha.
I'm totally a sucker for the court scenes in this one! Like how she sais multiple times that 'it is the prosecutor's duty to find evidence' like YOU GO GIRL! That's how criminal law really is in modern coutries not that the lawyer must prove things but that it is the prosecutor's duty to find proof when there is doubt. Hope they show us more real situations like that the prosecutor will not only try to get the ML found guilty but that he will be after the truth, the real evidence whether it is for or against finding the defendant guilty. The prosecutor is not there to get him behind bars but to protect the society and the rules and one of the basics is that he's not guily until he's proven so. Fingers crossed for this drama to stay on the right path! (*pun intended)
The Thailand part was awesome, then the second time together was also great, but.... I just can't get over the fact that she just forgave him because it was hard for him. So many times was I waiting for her anger to burst. Like when he said he's hopeless when she cries I just wanted her to say "I cry when you don't want me, I cry when you lie to me, I cry when you leave me by myself." I just really needed her to vent (my) frustration in front of him. That's the only thing that was missing to make this perfect.
Just read the novel and now I fear I will be disappointed with the drama as it might not really copy the awesome and really engaging book to a T. The trailer looks great but one can see there are probably diviations from the book so I just feel a little uneasy. Not to mention the face swapping needs to be done well... Anyways I hope this comes out sooner rather than later.
The way the FL offered the princess all the fan service merch XDXDXD It wasn't even supposed to be transmigration from modern times but the crew somehow made it work that way. XD
Le me, who read the book, in the first two eps: "Don't get attached! Don't get attached!!!!" Le me in ep 3: γ γ *still emotions at 100% and now waiting for the revenge to srew the bad guys over 100 times* γ γ
The most funny thing for me was that everytime one of the girls/maids got proposed to the FL's eyes got bigger (with, as I saw it, expectation) when she said to the bride-to-be "if you don't want to get married..." only to be slapped in a face with "I'm more than willing!" XDXDXD
Started this season about two months after finishing the first and I think it was just the right time for it to feel a bit like a new drama, which makes it ok to watch their talking (and misunderstanding) phase for another 15 eps, but at the same time I haven't forgotten what happened in s1 and can complete the story. So for all of you who read the comments of this season being slow and whatnot I recommend this pause in between the seasons. This way at least I enjoyed both of them very much.
