I was stunned that Sang-ah pulled the exact same stunt with Jeong-won as she did with Park Jae-sang - the pills…
Okay? 😠What exactly is your problem with me in particular, then? I like strong, complex characters when they're not being "evil/amoral" either, but your worldview is so small that it wouldn't allow you to understand that characters aren't always black & white or good and evil, nor are they meant to be. Watch Boys Over Flowers if you want black & white characters...
Also I do have a strong moral line- if your characters start hurting children, for example, I won't root for them. Not all villains (or even characters) are meant to be rooted for... plus, there's a difference between an antagonist and a villain. But I also hate weak female leads and ones that are pushovers. They're just as bad as the antagonists if they allow some things to happen to them.
He was selected to run for "Assemblyman". This is equivalent to a "congressman" (I call 'em Congresscritters")…
I see! Congresscritters... clever. They're not doing anything right now so the name is perfect for them. (US citizen here, the national government sucks right now.) 😂
Son Guk-Won. If he aligns himself with Tae-Seop, though... things could get very interesting. 👀
He knew about her menstrual cycle ( WHICH ACTUALLY matched) and it's not possible unless the woman told him. I…
That so? Why'd he say she never consented, then? He admitted it in a court of law. He couldn't have lied about that because that's perjury. Am I correct?
You do realize that the Korean justice system is SEVERELY flawed, right? Especially towards women. I've read the Twitter thread linked. I will read this as well because I like to keep an open mind...
She was in Hwang Jini? Another classic... why I don't remember her there? I know Wang Bit-Na was in it...
It was the drama, but maybe I DID watch the movie by accident. Whoopsie. Great to see (I'm usually not a fan of gisaeng-based dramas.) I'm not really into sagueks either, but like I said, I enjoyed Empress Ki so far. I watched Hwang Jin-Yi quite a while ago. And I saw a little bit of Ha Ji-Won in Secret (2000) as the villainous FL.
New dramas to add to my line-up: Moving Strangers From Hell Empress Ki Hwang Jin-Yi (the 2006 drama, not the movie lol) Secret (2000) Phoenix (2004, which I've started...)
Was Ha Ji-Won a villain protagonist in Empress Ki too? If so, DAMN! I *really* need to watch it then...
Oh, now THAT'S interesting. 👀 Based on what I've seen, she does become the Empress, but right now, she is cross-dressing as a man (a horse boy/stable worker?) Very excited to see how this turns out...
I was stunned that Sang-ah pulled the exact same stunt with Jeong-won as she did with Park Jae-sang - the pills…
Sad? I don't spend all my time complaining on here like you do. 😂 I like male villain protagonists too, Made In Korea and Death Note are some of my favorite shows ever lmfao
He actually did play a main role in several dramas before Penthouse- his first remarkable main role was in Return…
And pretty, too!!! But with that, I might check out episode 1 of Our Happy Days. KBS1 dailies aren't my style, but I've been wanting to step out my comfort zone, so... yeah.

I plan to watch Moving, Empress Ki and Strangers From Hell after I finish some of the dramas on my watch list.
Haven't watched Suji and Uri. The cast list sounds great though!
I'm watching episode 1 today or tomorrow?
