Lol my analysis is that it's an act that Nan-Suk puts on because she was abused in the past. A sort of emotional…
I REMEMBER THIS!!!! Or at least I saw something like this as a kid, probably a SoapNet (rip) rerun... I think this was when my mom decided to quit watching Days π well, watching it consistently...
Actually, daily dramas have existed for *decades,* they're just lesser known compared to weekend and primetime (or streaming) dramas!
A few famous daily dramas include: Temptation of Wife/Cruel Temptation, Heaven's Promise, Ugly Alert, Princess Aurora (for bad reasons lol), and "Smile, Dong-Hae!".
The ex-boyfriend was trying to kill YC, so it was self-defense. Even before that, she kidnapped him and held him hostage. Additionally, she briefly pretended to be Su-Ah and tried to frame Jung-Won for her ex-boyfriend's "death". Semi messed with the application process for designers at Gun-Hyang Group, but that's literally it. At this point, Semi is the only decent character. Ha-Neul *was,* but he finally snapped (and for good reason!)

I realized this quite recently! It makes me love her even more honestly... although she helped kill Se-Hun's mom. We saw the funeral so Young-Ran is sadly dead for real... π
Or they could do that weird lab Dr. Rolf has in Days of Our Lives π all the bodies are frozen to be revived later on lol
Nobody's framing anyone, YC stole JW's design again, and JW is just waiting for the right time to expose her for everything she's done. This person is just yapping lmao. It's possible that this might be one of *their* puppet accounts too... something needs to be done about HIM.
I feel like Tae-Seok might end up dying somehow, I just wish more daily drama villains would die these days π Se-Hun might end up in a mental hospital though. Or dead. Don't know about Young-Chae...
Ahhh, now Ah-Jin was interesting in the way that she was a villain protagonist (at least, she was sympathetic to an extent.) Kim Yu-Jung did an incredible job portraying her. I didn't like the psycho husband arc much either, it felt like it came out of nowhere! I mentioned this in the review I wrote for Dear X.
Not to mention YC is incredibly flat and boring. I actually hate seeing her because she does the same things over and over... and over again. If they leaned more into her feelings about Nan-Suk's neglect and mistreatment, I would've been able to sympathize with YC more. At least JW is interesting (being the protagonist, she has to be, but I enjoy watching anti-hero/morally grey protagonists in k-dramas.)
She was in the first part of the drama. But she's redeemed herself and I guess the writer didn't wanna make her too villainous. I'm fine with it, although I would've LOVED to see her to go completely dark (I love hero-turned-villain arcs in shows.) She's still an anti-heroine, just... not too villainous anymore.
LOL so yc has no shame β¦ goes to eat food at Jung wons moms place of all places π her secrets out so sheβs…
Lol my analysis is that it's an act that Nan-Suk puts on because she was abused in the past. A sort of emotional shield. It's actually sad when you think about it... hurt people hurt people. She never wants to be harmed again so she puts on this act to make sure that no one can touch her. I can relate. But also... she's still hilarious! I loved her in yesterday's episode π
