ML is pretty stubborn and even admits it later. FL also has her own shortcomings. but these flawed characters are part of what makes this drama so good; it's about loving someone for their true self even though they have imperfections.

all that being said, i find it refreshing how our three main leads are morally gray characters. not a single one of them is purely innocent.

agree. it's my first time seeing hu yixuan, but just from here, i can feel that she is trying too hard to be cutesy, like opening her eyes really wide, that it becomes off-putting and annoying to watch. i wish she'd be more natural. (i'm also one of the people who finds esther naturally cute ;D)
