The Blossoming Love is surprisingly good. I say this as someone who dislikes xianxia.
Since its Vin Zhang I wanted to give a try, but xinxia and few clips i saw wasn't very encouraging... esp the FL, so i was wondering... Now I will give it a go... Thanks

Dylan is good as Xu Qian, so animated.. I wonder who else could have done it....? I am watching this for Deng Ke only.... I am so disappointed, Prisoner of Beauty wont be coming out..... with SZs tax issues.... the trailers are amazing...!!

I was about to ask that question... lately he is giving an appearance in his drama.. I thought the jailer looked like him.. but I wasnt sure.... In ShenLi I was very sure.. here maybe bcoz it was dark.. will go back and check.... Thanks.
I feel his Heroic Husband was really awesome, the turning point of his work getting attention! many people missed it bcoz it didnt have any idol actors.. but Guo QiLin was soooo good, was just the right fit for that character.... just like Dylan here.
DW is so apt for this role...... so boisterous....!!!! I really like Deng Ke's dramas... humor is ever present through out the drama... ! His first drama i saw was My Amazing Boyfriend, then When we were young, My heroic Husband, it was so hilarious... He did a brilliant job with The Legend of Shenli...
Cannot relate those two words, "Scum and the soft spoken Miles Wei" lol!!!.. actually I don't think he will be that bad.. bcoz he was also in the same predicament, and those days woman had no voice and man rules, so he took out his frustration loudly... but at the same time.. in his weird way he was looking out for her and wasn't humiliating so far... just wouldn't let her go, I am sure its a man's ego....
I just finished... somehow that Wen Peng character was so impactful, done a great job by the actor Wang Tian Chen, after manipulating people, when things go his way.. he has a smile on him... so evil...! At the same time... I cannot ever imagine, what a terrible life he had, to be so unemotional, he was such a caring child.. to become an animal with no feelings... I seriously blame his parents..
I feel 2024 gave us two brilliant villains... one is "Shen Yurong" of The Double... and now Wen Peng of Love in Winters... tooo good!. Amazing acting...!
She was always so bad in every drama, esp in Minglan... omg! so terrible..! So even i was feeling good to see…
The SML here is a psycho... but Kira Shi is in all dramas are Super B... "The Story of Minglan" is a classy costume drama, amazing story, direction, actors. I have lost count of times I have re-watched it... its a family drama .. so you can see all womanly wiles, schemes, jealousy .. I would really recommend if you like serious dramas...
I really wanted to like this drama... but the story made the ML so hesitant, helpless or afraid to even console the FL who is totally a cocktail of emotions.. I know its not realistic to start doubting wen Peng initially.... I am only on ep 12, but I feel its going to be an agony to watch till the last few episodes... I know its a Happy ending...! Is it ok to Fast forward... will I miss anything important??
