It's my 3rd time watching Strong Woman Do Bong Soon as I'm writing this review.
In order for you to find this drama enjoyable you must consider what type of drama it is. As you already must have seen, the drama is under "Action, Thriller, Comedy, Romance, Supernatural and Investigation" which might sound pretty much like a big mess. But personally I think they did quite a good job including all these genres. The drama has the typical Korean drama love line. If you enjoy the typical love triangle and the main cast falling in love with each other, this drama might be your new love! Do you enjoy cute things? If so, I believe that is one more reason for you to love this drama. Especially the main characters and the music in the drama is very cute. Do you enjoy super hero stories? Do you like to see once in a while a strong female character? Do you enjoy watching crime/investigation scenes? (But not to the level of crime focused dramas) Then, again this might be the right drama for you to watch.

Some more aspects:
Characters: Cute main characters, very interesting variety of supporting characters.
Character development: Not that much, most characters seem to stick to their personalities (which could be a positive thing as even in real life people don't change that easily)
Story line: Slightly messy, but acceptable for its genre that is not to be taken too seriously. Quite predictable, which might be a big minus for some people expecting more creativity with the story line.

Overall, I think this is a type of drama that you could know from the very first episode if this will be the type of drama you would like to watch. It's not the case with all the dramas, but in this case it seems to be possible to judge based on the first episode.

This is my first review and I don't know if this will be helpful and maybe I might be going too easy on this. But I'll give it a try. :)

So I completed this drama yesterday and it left me with a good feeling. The ending wasn't the most interesting one I have seen, but it was more realistic that way, if it would have been too much "...and everyone lived happily ever after" I would have liked it, but it might be better this way. It left me having a sad feeling for that one character though, but that's given.

The story was interesting, pretty much predictable, till the end, but it was fun and sad. Something you could easily enjoy. This drama was one of those basic korean dramas which you can enjoy and you don't need to think about anything too much. You want to cheer for main character's love and hope she ends up with the one you would prefer for her. Eventhough in real life many might have made another decision...or maybe not. It's love, you can't really stop your heart feeling like you do.

The acting...hmmh pretty much over-reacting scenes (especially Eun Bi and Cha) but they did their job well. If you NEED to think about their acting too much while watching it's bad, but if you watch smootly without thinking acting, only roles, it can't be that bad, right? ...and Kang Hyuk, I just wanna give him a hug. He's so adorable.

Music has the same rule. If you don't think about it and other sounds in the drama too much, it's good and means it has succeeded. But if you keep noticing something about sounds, it has failed. Music should fit to the scene. BUT I feel like I have heard Radiohead's creep way too much in way too many dramas and here I heard it again. That's NG.

The reason why I gave this drama pretty high ratings is all due to the great acting and the filming location.

Personally I have seen the Incheon airport many times, so this drama hit me straight to the feelings. It made me want to go there again as soon as possible. It was so interesting to see what could be going on "behind the scenes" in the airport and what kinds of different teams of workers there are needed to manage the airport.

Such great actors were cast for this drama. I have seen Chae Soo Bin in two dramas (Strongest deliveryman and I'm not a robot) before and I must say that I liked her acting the best in this one. It was first time for me to see Lee Je Hoon's acting so I cannot compare it with his other dramas. However, I'm not sure if it's his acting or the character itself that made me feel uncomfortable from time to times. But I think he portrayed the character and his feelings in different situations so well that I could feel his uncomfortableness as the character. I have also never seen a male character cry as much as in this drama. I think he cried much more than the female lead. Almost in a every episode. First I found it a little bit annoying, but as we got to know more about his history and situation I started to find it reasonable. I also loved the side characters, especially Oh Dae Gi and the tough girl. They were so cute together and I wish we could have seen more of them. There were many interesting side characters, but I wish the drama would have been longer that we could have found out more about them. There were especially many interesting team leaders whose backgrounds and reasoning for certain behaviors we could not fully find out. Also, what happened to the director after he was replaced?

The story line itself was a little bit weak. Especially the ending disappointed me.It wasn't the worst I have seen, but they could have"closed the circle" more in detail if they made the drama few episodes longer. There were few things in the drama that had not been thought as far as they could have been, but overall it was a very entertaining one. I would have probably watched it just for the airport if it continued to be like the first episodes for the whole drama. Some of the little stories in the airport that happened with the passengers were very interesting. The story line became much more dramatic and emotional than I expected from this drama though. I wonder why the synopsis is saying that the ML wanted to become a pilot and could not because of his eyesight? I don't remember even hearing that said during the drama. There were other reasons though why he could not become a pilot. In fact even working in the airport was very hard for him to maintain.

Any cliches? Yes, this drama also used few of the very common cliches. One of them is the "1 year after". Gosh I hate that drama cliche probably the most. It just seems like a very lazy and easy writing.

In conclusion, I loved the actors, the filming background and the drama OST! Story line was the weakest point of this drama, but the great actors were somewhat able to save it. I would still recommend this drama, if you are not being too critical towards it, you will enjoy it.
